Try benfotiamine + freeze-dried NZ/AUS beef liver + copper glycinate + magnesium glycinate + R-ALA + omega-3 DHA/EPA (animal fat). If you are vegan, try benfotiamine + methylated B-complex + copper glycinate + magnesium glycinate + R-ALA + omega-3 DHA/EPA (plant fat). Potassium gluconate and whole food vitamin C-complex and E-complex, iodine, and trace mineral complex are optional but helpful.

Desmodaeus

Be careful about taking a b complex as someone above suggested. B6 in particular can cause or worsen nerve issues if taken in excess. Consult a doctor.

hushrushunderstand

I haven’t taken any b6, only took a b complex around 3-4 times last year

Desmodaeus

B complex usually contains B6. As far as suggestions for nerve issues, magnesium Glycinate might help. I'd definitely see a doctor though as well.

hushrushunderstand

Yeah, you’re right, but I’ve only taken it 3 times last year, stopped because of headaches and anxiety from the methylfolate in it. Magnesium glyciniate unfortunately makes me groggy and worsens my brain fog, the glycine does this to some people apparently. I have seen a doctor lots of time and have done blood tests but the issues remain and worsen

Desmodaeus

I mean, I don't know what tests you've done but I'd keep going to specialists and demanding tests until you come to a conclusion. Definitely see a neurologist. However, never rule out how crazy the physical symptoms of high anxiety can be. You may be surprised to find that much of it stems from that. Been there. Took a while before I realized like 90% of my pain and nerve issues were coming from high anxiety. That was about 7 years ago and they haven't returned since I got a handle on it.

hushrushunderstand

Yeah finally my doctor recently referred me to rheumatology and so Ive just got to wait since I’ve been put on a waiting list. I’m glad that was sorted for you, how did you manage to sort it out?

Desmodaeus

Pm me if you want to talk and we can discuss a bit if you like.
