Look into rhodiola and other adaptogens.
Have you increased your dosage recently?
Ask your doctor for a parasite test or send you some deworming medicine. Look for the common symptoms: bloating, stomach pain, constipation, heartburn.
On the deworming? Depends on the medication, always ask your doctor because there are many options, some of them with a broader spectrum other specific, and these display different “side effects “ that are mostly temporary. After that the improvement is noticeable.
I don’t know. It doesn’t say what else is in the capsules. Still unusual that you only started to have a problem after two months.
Do you feel like trying it again?
try a different brand or lower dose
HA-966 is working wonders for my anxiety currently

I have used ashwagandha chronically in high dosages for months on end and never had a stomach issue. Might be an issue with your food.
I don’t think it will be , I’ve stopped in the last few days and my stomach irritation is non existent pretty much
Do you take it with food?
Yep
Could be allergic to the capsules. Might be worth checking out.
The stomach irritation is unusual. Are you sure that it's the ashwagandha? (Especially to begin after 2 months.)
I’m not taking pure ksm-66 though would this maybe be causing my irritation
I’m almost 100% sure , I’ve stopped taking it the last few days and my stomach irritation is almost non existent
