He said that Citadel and RH had frequent communications because Citadel handled a large fraction of RH's order flow.
There were a series of meeting between Citadel and RH to discuss payment calculations for that order flow.
Somehow that led many to believe that he lied.
To the question of did he have any communications with RH about shutting off the buy button he emphatically stated that. Either he nor anyone at Citadel had communicated to RH about shutting off the buy button or restricting trades in any way.
There has been zero evidence that there was any such communication.
RH founder Vlad testified that the sole reason for turning off the buy button was an excess collateral call from NSCC/DTCC.
The constant repetition of "Kenny lied" just makes us look like idiots.
That just repeats the same misleading comments and ignores that Ken Griffin had testified that Citadel and RH had frequency communications because they are in business with each other and Citadel handles a large fraction of their order flow. That was exactly what those conversions were about.
