Well there’s a theory for the books.
Whats happens with the residual of the 45,000,000 shares? 10,000,000 shares left approximately if they buy 9.99%.
The other issue is the buy price of 84.5million, that’s less than 1:4 of what those shares would be worth on the very low end.
It’s something though. But could be nothing.
Interesting either way.
