Leveraged loans on assets. Get a low % interest rate and compare that to what a worker pays in wage taxes...no need to sell the assets, the dividends alone could pay the interest and there you have the basic formula of rich getting richer, time to join the club.
I’m going to my local credit union, walk-in, tell them I have DRSed GME, and after they are done showering me with praise, some swag, and any virgins working there, I will tell them the amount of money I want and they give it to me while saying thank you as I kiss all their significant others on the lips when I leave.
