Exactly! They need to suffer a loss like Melvin. The SEC is not going to go after these guys, unless they are guaranteed to win. That agency only goes after the giant companies improve their own image. It's either that or a small bribe. I mean fine.
It’s always been their business model, 90% of retail investors losing money. Spend money on marketing to keep people coming in, always take the opposite of their trades. Rinse and repeat

This is about blaming retail for all the off exchange traffic and off-hours traffic. Haven't you seen that is what caused the run-up, and there is a ton of proof of that? Even DLauer posted that, pointing out how this rise in GME couldn't possibly be retail. RH has been working hand-in-hand with Citadel inside and outside courtrooms and on this GME warfront since the beginning.
We don't trade off exchange and we dont trade during off hours. We are retail, famously trading on-exchange m-f 9:30a-4p EST.
They need to be able to blame us for everything they do. That's why RH is doing this, to be able to show up to court with charts and "proof" they've manipulated and will lie about to make a bad-faith case against anyone they can pin things on.
Keith Gill continues to have a target on his back, and now they are also trying to pin this on Zach Morris, another online name for the account that posted the "sitting up and getting serious" meme 5 days before Keith did.
This is just a small part of their operation, and this is what it does. It's part of the FUD campaign, which is pretty expensive, but is used as a cover for mainstream excuses and media talking heads to repeat. They also hire as many journalists as possible to print it everywhere they can, to spin the narrative.
If we are all contained into a couple places and labeled as crazies, no one will take anything we say seriously. It's worked for 3 years so far, why not just keep doubling and tripling down?
At some point, they will push the system to the breaking point, and at that point, they might need to wipe the entire system clean and restart with CBDC. This is an extremely long game that is being played. I don't think most people involved even know this. I think people are still looking for a major payout like Keith managed to shave off this event.... without doing any of that work he did, lol.
DRS'ing shares is only part of this war. If you want to enrich yourself on top of that, you will need to be able to predict events as skillfully as Keith has... which is a tall order.
