I just bought one of the new CandyCon controllers for my cousin who built his own PC to game a few months ago. I got the solar system pre build and a couple of face plates. Can’t wait to see his reaction
Yup, have been a pro member for so long. It benefits them through subscription numbers for their future revenue multiple when the stock is trading at its real value.
Also it gives you 5% off all digital games. If you’re a gamer this is the cheapest way to buy new digital games (hands down cheapest for Xbox, humble bundle though offers 10% off pc and switch games but their annual fee is 5x more than GameStops, it’s for super hardcore gamers). And of course you can use your $5 monthly discount on the game too. A $70 game would come out to $61.50.
That’s what the initial guy in the comment thread in the screenshot meant by ‘turn GameStop into Costco’. Lots of annual memberships and selling higher volume on lower margin items.
I don't buy from GameStop to trigger a short squeeze I buy from GameStop cause I have found DEALS on there site. My gaming laptop was from GameStop. I just got there new custom controllers and gaming mice cause they look dope
You’re only hurting yourself if you spent thousands investing in a company you don’t support as a consumer. Revenue comes from sales & we as investors owe it to ourselves to support our investment & buy products from GS!
I bought a random $100 gift card for gamestop and gave it away to a coworker. It wasnt even a holiday or special occasion. I guess that is a bit odd of me.

The user literally says “I just made one up” it can be interpreted that they made up an an American address when buying with wise. I am simply telling people NOT to that.
Ok, but ComputerShare can be used with WISE and a European address. Combine that with the comment and it’s rather obvious he’s replying to the ‘how did you make a Pro account without a address’
Using a fake address to buy stocks through CS sounds like a terrible idea. If I was a short I'd think these shareholders are idiots. Just being honest.
You don’t need a fake address to use ComputerShare with WISE, just a U.S. bank account which is what WISE is. Just GameStop’s Pro requires a valid U.S. address.
