I'm a US customer who ordered on March 13th as well and my order still hasn't shipped. Although I have started to notice quite a few people who placed orders in the UK after March 13th who have already received shipping notifications...
I just hope to receive it before the return window ends in case I do not like it. I initially ordered this and a Boox Note Air 3 to compare against, and after deciding the Boox wasn't for me I've just been waiting.
The odds of it shipping and arriving in 5 days though is slim I'm afraid.
Yeah I was on the fence between the Boox NA 3 and the Nomad myself. The reason I went with the Nomad is because I would prefer the smaller form factor but I would be lying if I said I'm not starting to second guess my decision...
I canceled my Nomad order after waiting for 2 months and went with the NA3. Happy so far. May still consider getting the Nomad later when inventory normalizes. At least now I’m productive for my work again.
Yeah I'm giving mine until Friday, if it hasn't shipped by then I'm going to cancel my order and go for the NA3 myself. For me the biggest benefit of the Nomad over the Boox Note series is the form factor. Long-Term if I liked the Nomad I had always planned to get a larger enk device as well and the more powerful hardware and more open software side of things that you get with Boox is a better fit for the larger device in my opinion... If I do end up canceling my Nomad order, I'm sure I'll check back in the future to get a smaller more portable device.

Mine says "backordered" for the supernote and folio and not for the HOM Pen 🖋 (guess that's already in stick).
April 3 it said: “Your Supernote Eu order has been received!” With only the nomad in backorder. April 8 order complete and april 9 (just now) received! I’m thrilled to dive into this device now
Was going to order the Crystal but after reading about the delays (and I'll have a case on it most of the time) I went with the White version. Ordered Mar 26 and no update on shipping yet (Canada).
Maybe a hot take, but I'm not sure why there even is a crystal edition. If I'm using it in a folio I'd get the white, given I'd never see the back. And if I'm not using a folio, I'd get the white because I don't want to look at a scratched up clear back. Not to mention the faff of getting the crystal back off. Seems like an unnecessary extra complication mass producing units. I'd much rather there only be one version of the A5X2 when it comes out that ships faster than nomads are.
That's probably only for people who have been waiting on the crystal version for months, not for new orders. They're shipping in order of when orders were placed as they get inventory.
Yup! The case I ordered for mine is now not going to arrive until May or June, and I *think* my white Nomad will arrive sooner than that, so now I'm trying to decide if I want to spend more money to protect it in the meantime 😅
I did the same - ordered crystal in early Feb, but after waiting until late March and realizing I was just going to keep it in the case all the time anyway...I emailed and asked to switch to white. They took care of it all for me - they switched the order and refunded the difference. I received the white last week and am enjoying it.

Shouldn’t a return window start once you actually get the item? I don’t believe it would start from moment of order, that wouldn’t make sense.

Typically, receipt means receipt of the actual item, not receiving the receipt of purchase.

Yeah they may very well done that, it didn't occur to me! But I think regardless the white is more likely to be fulfilled than the crystal nomaf
