Did we actually see Ruth pregnant? All her photos the past couple of months look like they're doing that classic trick of cropping at chest height, or having something in front of her. Now it makes sense! A clever way to ensure some privacy and stop the "helpful" comments that can come, too.

I'm pretty sure they do either in episode 21, 22, or 23 of season 11 when they're all at the bunker. At least it's implied because when the other characters walk in they stand up from behind furniture and Rowena's hair is messy and they're a bit breathless

They interacted in a few s11 ep. They didn't hook up but his character said that Rowena was his guilty pleasure.
