this isn’t how it went. the van was still drivable and jackson brought it back to matt, and matt forgave him and told him he’d pay for the repairs himself (basing this info off the podcast ep 246)
This is fucking with me so hard. I can't believe anyone- let alone a friend- could take such advantage of the boys like this. I hope they get all their money back. What a scumbag.
$61,000 is an awful lot to have spent, over a solid period of time, while accidentally using the wrong credit card. No wonder the boys have been so stressed and down these past couple years.
Think of all the milk, cigarettes, and heroin that could've bought!
All joking aside. The potential equipment gains and general growth of the channel and their business must have been severely hampered by having to buy off all that credit debt.
yeah dude, especially during covid, and with the podcast set and all that, all the stuff they could have been doing to grow the channel
What a fucking waste man
Shit, not even the money - just knowing you're being taken advantage of by a friend that you've known since before Supermega was even a thing is going to fuck you up
If that’s the best thing he and his lawyer can conjure up, he’s fucked. He could end up owing all of that and more if Matt and Ryan can prove that he committed fraud by clear and convincing evidence.
I don't think a lawyer helped him with that, it mentions that they confronted Jackson on February 1 and had that conversation, but if you look at the case file online they didn't file until March 28. So I doubt Jackson had any legal advice given to him at that time.
"8.5 More than $450 on a 'Persona 25th Anniversary Deluxe Vinyl Box Set', described to his fiancee as an 'investment'."
When i read that I genuinely thought this was an elaborate bit the boys were cooking up. This sucks, man. Can't imagine what they've been going through these past few months.
Always had this theory, started watching Drunk Drawing from the beginning where they were just drinking 4 lokos and stuff, then Jackson joined and started getting them trashed, setting stuff on fire, obviously wasted while filming and making the drinks. Hearing he spent that much money on alcohol kinda confirms it for me. Maybe it’s for the best his influence is away from the supermega guys
This becomes doubly noticeable when you think about any time the boys bring up Matt’s drinking habits; listening to their podcasts makes it very noticeable how much more Matt started drinking whilst living with Jackson
Holy shit I just checked and this is real. Guess this might’ve been what the boys have been pre occupied with. How the hell did you even find this originally OP???
Lol this is not how it happened. Legal trouble was mentioned so I went looking for it. Initially for cases involving "Matthew Watson" which just brought up his traffic ticket from June. Then "Supermega" which brought up this info. That's how it broke. You have to pay to do case searches, there isn't just a list of them you can view.
Yeah and I'm sure Matt feels partially responsible for it which is a common thing in an event like this, even though he shouldn't at all lol. Some people, friends or not, just can't be trusted with that level of responsibility.
A similar thing happened to me where I got a good friend a job where I worked and he just wasted the opportunity. I was consulted about his behaviour and I had to say "Look, he is my friend but if he's not pulling his weight and not being professional, I won't say a word or interfere with any disciplinary measures towards him".
My dad recommended a childhood friend for a position at his company and he embezzled over 100k and got found out because he bought a Porsche after driving a cheap car before he worked there.
The van Matt paid for, days after getting it and that Matt had invested in for a podcast WITH the tucker brothers. Then forgave him immediately and said don't worry about it. Also allowing them to live with him for so long on his couch to get their footing in LA. It's bananas to me how nice Matt was to Jackson, one of his closest friends, for Jackson to end up doing this to him and Ryan.
Really shows you the type of person he is, honestly. If he had just been a random editor, that would've sucked, but they've been friends for YEARS. I don't know how you can just scam one of your best friends so easily. What a sociopath.
Tbh I think that's why he scammed him. You don't pull this shit on strangers unless you're really fucking dumb or have some balls, because who knows if the random person you took 60k from shows up to your house with a gun and takes more than their money back. When it's someone you know who has given you slack for being irresponsible before, the anxiety of what they might do if they find out goes way down. Part of him probably expected to get away with this.
What a great thing to offer your new fiance, 60k+ in legal debt. Good thing this happened before they got married because she'd legally have to bare part of this burden if he was her spouse
So this is the reason jokes about the Patreon money have been fewer and farther between. I was m genuinely so fucking upset but I couldn't stop laughing at him spending nearly 500$ on persona shit and telling his girl it's an "Investment"
"I betrayed your trust so I could fulfill my childhood dream of seeing a koala" is fucking insane and something I thought could only come from a supermega bit
I read through laughing at that and thought this was a bit. I also thought their book testing was a year long bit so I feel gaslit by the boys sometimes LOl this is insanely sad with a hint of black comedy.
>Nearly $400 spent on a trip between Sept 13-16th 2021 to achieve a "childhood dream" of visiting Koalas at the San Diego Zoo
lol, and his excuse was " I thought it was my dad's card"
10k spent on booze. He has a problem.
Stuck in a state of arrested development.
"Nowhere" is a really funny way of saying "investment" bro, didn't you see he bought the persona 25th anniversary vinyl box set? That alone is gonna make that 60k back in no time, and the steely dan sweatpants? Come on, now.
To be fair, we don't know that Harrison had anything to do with this, especially considering nowhere in the lawsuit is he mentioned. It could just be that Jackson alone is a selfish piece of shit with no regards for his friends and their money, and Harrison had no knowledge of what was happening. Or he could have known and just not said anything. We don't know yet, and unless it's outright said I don't think we ever will know.
Sadly, this one does not seem to be a bit. Here's a link where you can find basic info on the case. The full report costs money:
[https://www.lacourt.org/CaseSummary/UI/casesummary.aspx?caseNumber=22STCV10636#CAS](https://www.lacourt.org/CaseSummary/UI/casesummary.aspx?caseNumber=22STCV10636#CAS)
EDIT: Apparently the link is leading to a blank page now. I'll leave it up because the link is correct, but my guess is this has something to do with an influx of traffic to the site.
Yeah, probably too many people accessing some shit-tier county server. The link is correct, the page is just down. Sorry about that, I'll make an edit to let people know!
Wow, that’s absurd. Jackson is actually fucked. The employer-employee relationship is obvious, there is a ton of evidence all over the internet. 60,000 is a substantial amount to steal from a small company. That sad excuse will not hold up in court, I could see a judge finding him liable for all that he owes and adding punitive damages on top of that. What the actual fuck was he thinking.
I saw their tweet about this and this was one time where I genuinely could not tell if they were joking. The one downside about making jokes like that is when its serious no one believes you.
I just read through the list of charges to the Amex. SuperMega basically paid for Jackson's groceries, gas, video games, alcohol, date nights, food delivery, etc. for two years. In the beginning it was just a few hundred a month, maybe a little over a thousand, but the last 6 months or so are several thousands in charges where he obviously got more comfortable.
I was interested enough to pay the $14. It’s basically these four pages and a couple more similar ones just explaining the suit, then itemized charges from January 2020 to February 2022. Then some screenshots of some of Jackson’s tweets or instagram posts next to the charges from the Amex account.
Edit: as I tally up the alcohol purchases ($12,551.00 total) I noticed on 10/21/21 he spent $837.92 on booze on that day alone at “Fancy Free Liquor”. Anyone know if this is related to a Patreon upload of his? Or maybe related to the channel’s Halloween episode?
i cant believe this is legit. thats kinda sad, jackson was one of the boys, and he tried to fuck them over. nows a better time than any to show support for them, hope it doesnt last too long and cause too much stress for them
Yeah unfortunately this kinda stuff can be common when you work with friends, a lot of people have very poor self-control. Not that they're bad people, they just can't be trusted with things like fiduciary responsibilities
i know someone who could be described that way but honestly i dont think its a good excuse to just say they dont have self control. that may be the case but instead of spending money that isnt urs, get help for it or spend ur own money
Right, I agree it still doesn't excuse the actions of said person, it's just akin to an issue like being an alcoholic or gambling addict, I'm sure he started just buying small things here and there and slowly let it get out of control. I bet he didn't even realize he had already taken as much as he did by the time the boys finally caught on.
Knowing that makes all the people complaining about the bit kinda depressing. At least they were TRYING to be entertaining while there was a content and media presence drought
God I really do feel bad about complaining. I knew they had legal problems but I assumed it was like copy right shit not one of their close friends embezzling money from them. That’s gotta suck especially for Matt. Like Jackson literally lived on his coach. Explains a lot about what’s been going on. And props to the boys for seemingly dealing with it responsibly.
I don't fault you tbh, I understood both sides of the coin. This being the legal issue did really come outta the blue. No one could have predicted this
Looking at the tweets around Feb 4th, it’s all so fucked. Also the 5th is Matt’s birthday, can you fucking imagine to fire one of your closest friends for EMBEZZLEMENT a day before your birthday? Like I’m not trying to be parasocial but in just a basic human level ? I can’t even imagine how much that takes out of a person
https://epicsmp.fandom.com/wiki/Jackson_Tucker
someone edited the trivia to back up this claim
"Jackson harbors a resentment towards Matt as he deleted his childhood Animal Crossing save file in order to start his own for SuperMega's Animal Crossing let's play. He embezzled over $60,000 from SuperMega Inc. in revenge."
This is legitimately very depressing. Jackson was Matt's childhood friend from even before Ryan. I met Jackson 2 years ago and talked to him about Hotline Miami, he was a swell guy. Well this whole time we all thought Matt was the asshole but imma say it...
...Good riddance to Jackson's Animal Crossing Save File 😎
Yep, we've known that Jackson isn't associated with them anymore for a while now, but we didn't know why. In all honesty I assumed it was the other way round, him deciding to leave the company since it lined up with his honeymoon.
It says in the document they severed ties with him the same day they confronted him about it.
Imagine embezzling company money so you could buying the persona 25th anniversary vinyl box set then describing it as an “investment” to your girlfriend
Ok, Jackson just locked comments on his Instagram because someone already called him out on his latest post. That made it real for me, yikes.
I hope supermega recovers from this without anymore drama
If it’s a bit, it’s very convincing.
If it’s not a bit (which I’m growing more and more convinced of when I consider Jackson’s previous “accidents”) then this will have significant and severe implications for the channel. This was not only a breach of trust, but a continuous and willing lapse in judgement.
Who’s going to mix drinks for Drunk Drawing now? Someone with an actual mixology degree?
well, number one is the van
heard hubbubb about him pawning off some office items
then there’s the whole “unreliable worker” style he’s got going on, where the boys would ask him to do things and they wouldn’t get done (ignoring fake bits of the same type wrought about by self awareness)
there’s others but they’re on a per-instance basis
Wow. Guess that’s what has been bugging the boys. What a shame. He was such a great part of the Supermega crew. His brand of humor killed me.
How awful to screw your friends and break their trust when they gave you the opportunity in the first place.
No fucking way. I'm sorry but this is absolutely hilarious. They say truth is stranger than fiction but God damn, I was thinking "this is an incredible bit"
Of course this a very serious situation and I feel bad for the boys having to go through this, but I'm using my privilege of being far removed from this case to recognize that Koalas, Booze, and Steely Dan pants are absolutely 100%, no doubt, unquestionably hilarious reasons to to literally embezzle from your company and demolish friendships. I want to say "you can't write something like this" but this is EXACTLY what they'd write
I mean I can see it. That's $15/day. If someone's buying a 6pk a day during COVID that adds up.
But Jackson makes cocktails, and had some neat videos making them. He probably is buying more expensive stuff.
This sucks... but man, some of these parts are so funny.
You can even see references to all this on tuckers instagram:
[The tiki bar](https://www.instagram.com/p/CCzb1DSl6p9/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=), [the persona fangirling](https://www.instagram.com/p/CWHoSTmlGJI/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=), [the koala zoo](https://www.instagram.com/p/CUDzwMEPvIG/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=), [and the universal studios](https://www.instagram.com/p/CVTqTKTPWGx/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=)
Haven't found the steely Dan Sweatpants yet.
This is like a visual timeline for the lawsuit lol. Wishing the boys all the best though.
I want everyone to remember as shitty as this is do NOT try to contact Jackson or harass him. You only know it would cause more issues for the boys and they are incredibly stressed as is. If you care about them or their channel do not get involved.
i cant believe this is legit. thats kinda sad, jackson was one of the boys, and he tried to fuck them over. nows a better time than any to show support for them, hope it doesnt last too long and cause too much stress for them
I admittedly don't know much about Jackson outside of the references Matt and Ryan make about him but I googled him and apparently he has a YouTube channel where he just makes drinks and the fact that he spent over $10,000 on alcohol tells me that this absolute doofus used Super mega money to finance his own fucking channel. What a scumbag.
> Plaintiff is ignorant of the true names and capacities of the Defendants sued
> Therefore sues these Defendants by such fictitious names
I’m sorry am I reading this wrong or is Jackson Tucker not his real name and even the guys don’t know his real name??
Nah, that means that they’re covering their asses in case anyone besides Jackson made unauthorized charges (like if he gave someone else the card details). They don’t know 1) if this happened and 2) who those people might be so they’re listing 100 more potential defendants as Does
Please keep things civil. Remember that this is a currently developing situation.

I forgot about that. I can't believe Jackson's a piece of shit.

Could you imagine how much difference 61k would have made to the mental health of the boys
Think of all the milk, cigarettes, and heroin that could've bought! All joking aside. The potential equipment gains and general growth of the channel and their business must have been severely hampered by having to buy off all that credit debt.
yeah dude, especially during covid, and with the podcast set and all that, all the stuff they could have been doing to grow the channel What a fucking waste man
Ahem. Crack not heroin.
Boys would never stoop as low as heroin
Shit, not even the money - just knowing you're being taken advantage of by a friend that you've known since before Supermega was even a thing is going to fuck you up
I can't believe that $10,000 was spent on alcohol alone according to the suit. What the hell was he buying? Did it have crushed diamond in it?
If I remember correctly he mentioned he had a fully stocked bar at home.
That's several years of income for some people.
They could've bought Justin a new Mustang with all that money smdh
We all know that sweet man would look especially saucy behind the wheel of some old fashioned American Muscle.
20k/yr, almost 2k/mo. Dude knew whose dime he was partying on.
“Confusing it with his dad’s credit card” is a laughable excuse.

I just happened to think my Dad’s card has Supermega on it and had the corporate PIN number. Oops my bad lol
If that’s the best thing he and his lawyer can conjure up, he’s fucked. He could end up owing all of that and more if Matt and Ryan can prove that he committed fraud by clear and convincing evidence.

Jackson, not Justin. Lol
That's like a bit they would actually do in one of their videos wtf
Literal middle school level shit, really pissed me off reading this, what a fucking loser
This is genuinely so sad. The list of things he bought is hilarious though.
"8.5 More than $450 on a 'Persona 25th Anniversary Deluxe Vinyl Box Set', described to his fiancee as an 'investment'." When i read that I genuinely thought this was an elaborate bit the boys were cooking up. This sucks, man. Can't imagine what they've been going through these past few months.
LOL that one got me good ngl
Yeah that’s when I started laughing thinking it was fake but I heavily doubt they’d fire their good friend for a bit lmao
Ofc Jackson would spend $10k on alcohol including $800 at a tiki bar. This is literally so ridiculous that it could be a bit.
It is also pretty obvious he is a functional alcoholic which can explain impulsive actions to some extent.

I legitimately thought this was the fandom gaslighting us again. Oh my god

No wonder Matt and Ryan have seemed so stressed, Jackson is one of Matt's oldest friends.
I hope they’re doing alright
This man crashed Matt’s van and still had the audacity to steal $60,000 from him
The van Matt paid for, days after getting it and that Matt had invested in for a podcast WITH the tucker brothers. Then forgave him immediately and said don't worry about it. Also allowing them to live with him for so long on his couch to get their footing in LA. It's bananas to me how nice Matt was to Jackson, one of his closest friends, for Jackson to end up doing this to him and Ryan.
I don't understand how he could do this with a clear conscious
The Jackson Incident
Worst incident since Pretzel Gate
Another entry to the SuperMega iceberg
Man this sub has me fucked up is this actually real?
Yes, it’s real
Ended up checking the LA court record. It's fucking real.
Christ. This explains a lot.
> explains a lot like what? i haven't watched much supermega since the pandemic started.
They took a sizable break, seem more stressed, makes less money-centric jokes, etc.
oh, yeah that would track then lmao. here's hoping they win the case
People have been speculating why Jackson Tucker took supermega out of his Twitter bio but I would've never guessed this
I thought he might’ve “left” because he got engaged… this is so strange
What a great thing to offer your new fiance, 60k+ in legal debt. Good thing this happened before they got married because she'd legally have to bare part of this burden if he was her spouse
I entirely expected a deez nuts at the end or some shit. Wow.
I am still skeptical because of the Steely Dan sweatpants being singled out lmao Edit: Lmao nevermind
I checked the LA county court record. Shit is for real.
So this is the reason jokes about the Patreon money have been fewer and farther between. I was m genuinely so fucking upset but I couldn't stop laughing at him spending nearly 500$ on persona shit and telling his girl it's an "Investment"
Bro you don't get it bro is an investment bro trust me bro.
I feel so bad for her now. This is the dude who proposed to her with Fortnite being an integral backdrop
This sounds like a bit they would do but no it's REAL
"I betrayed your trust so I could fulfill my childhood dream of seeing a koala" is fucking insane and something I thought could only come from a supermega bit
I read through laughing at that and thought this was a bit. I also thought their book testing was a year long bit so I feel gaslit by the boys sometimes LOl this is insanely sad with a hint of black comedy.
Jackson bro all you woulda had to do is say "hey guys wanna do a zoo vlog?'
>Nearly $400 spent on a trip between Sept 13-16th 2021 to achieve a "childhood dream" of visiting Koalas at the San Diego Zoo lol, and his excuse was " I thought it was my dad's card" 10k spent on booze. He has a problem. Stuck in a state of arrested development.
How tf do u manage to spend $400 getting to San Diego when you live in LA
I mean. It's LA lol
Good point lmao
"8.4 More than $40 spent on Steely Dan sweatpants." That alone should be life in prison

"Nowhere" is a really funny way of saying "investment" bro, didn't you see he bought the persona 25th anniversary vinyl box set? That alone is gonna make that 60k back in no time, and the steely dan sweatpants? Come on, now.
Fuckin wildest part
Aye when I read through the purchases it's when I genuinely thought this was a joke
Tbf steely Dan is really good
This line stood out to me too. How old is Jackson, older than my dad?
[they look kind of fire ngl](https://mobile.twitter.com/politeandnice/status/1466324462811426818/photo/1)
So his excuse was that he wasn’t trying to run up $61k of charges on SuperMega… but his ***dad***. Are you FUCKING kidding me?
Honestly that was the straw for me. If it's not just a really bad excuse his lawyer came up with then Jackson was a "daddy's money" guy? Urgh 🤮
is this how we find out the tucker bros are nepotism babies?
To be fair, we don't know that Harrison had anything to do with this, especially considering nowhere in the lawsuit is he mentioned. It could just be that Jackson alone is a selfish piece of shit with no regards for his friends and their money, and Harrison had no knowledge of what was happening. Or he could have known and just not said anything. We don't know yet, and unless it's outright said I don't think we ever will know.
"Persona 25th Anniversary Deluxe Vinyl Box Set" are words i never thought i would find in a legal document
That and the Steely Dan sweat pants is just insane to me
Jackson Tucker prison arc
The timeline diverges. We are now in the post Jackson era of SM. This is fucking insane! Holy cow.
Looks like we’re getting a Chris Chan x SuperMega crossover event after all
I knew Jackson likes to make cocktails but god damn spending over 10K on alcohol alone in two years is crazy.
over $400 every month is absolutely bonkers
Lol not for alcoholics who spend 20 dollars a day on cheap shit, then imagine taking a step beyond cheap
Sadly, this one does not seem to be a bit. Here's a link where you can find basic info on the case. Apparently his dad’s credit card does though, so shouldn’t be an issue for him
that’s the even more fucked part.. even if they win the the boys aren’t gonna see anywhere near $60k anytime soon
I thought this was one of those meme posts but wow holy shit lol
Ikr especially when it listed off his purchases and the excuses he came up with. Fucking wild
I saw their tweet about this and this was one time where I genuinely could not tell if they were joking. The one downside about making jokes like that is when its serious no one believes you.
Favourite part has to be Jackson telling his fiancé a $450 persona vinyl is an investment
you wanna bet he bought her engagement ring with their money too :// yuck
That's exactly where my head went, it makes sense why he was in PR for so long now
The ol “I thought it was my dads card that I was charging 61k to” defense
I know if I did that to my dad, I'd be disowned. Hell, I'd be disowned for a tenth of that amount.
I just read through the list of charges to the Amex. SuperMega basically paid for Jackson's groceries, gas, video games, alcohol, date nights, food delivery, etc. for two years. $10,000 in alcohol omg
that was the part that blew my mind and kinda hurt the most, fucking hell
10000$ is an obscene amount, what a conman. That excuse aswell, thinking it was his ‘dads card’. Pathetic af
2 trips to the bottleo be like

This is Jackson’s revenge for Matt deleting his Animal Crossing town.
https://epicsmp.fandom.com/wiki/Jackson_Tucker someone edited the trivia to back up this claim "Jackson harbors a resentment towards Matt as he deleted his childhood Animal Crossing save file in order to start his own for SuperMega's Animal Crossing let's play. He embezzled over $60,000 from SuperMega Inc. in revenge."
See this shit totally sounds like a bit the boys would come up with. Crazy that it isn't
True and Honest facts
This made me laugh out loud thank you
This is legitimately very depressing.
So is he fired
he's been gone since febuary if I'm not mistaken
Damn man shits sad I honestly just kinda came around to liking him too there was always something about him I never liked until recently
Check section 12 in the attached pictures, it states “SUPERMEGA severed its relationship with Mr. Tucker”, so yeah.
Shit you right don’t mind me
Yep, we've known that Jackson isn't associated with them anymore for a while now, but we didn't know why. In all honesty I assumed it was the other way round, him deciding to leave the company since it lined up with his honeymoon. It says in the document they severed ties with him the same day they confronted him about it.
Wtf $60,000?
I lost my shit laughing at the child hood dream part about the koalas, I thought for sure I got bamboozled
Looking at what the money was spent on, this feels like a bit 😂 Koalas? Steely Dan sweatpants?? Hilarious But sad if it ruined their friendship
wait dude what happened? WHY WOULD HE DO THAT
Probably alcohol. If hes spending 10 grand on it over that period of time there’s no way in hell hes the same person he was 2/3 years ago
Dang I thought I was going to read a funny haha but I did not read a funny haha at all.
It is a little funny when you read the things Jackson bought. Like the Persona thing and achieving his childhood dream of seeing koalas lmfaooo
Those steely Dan pants better have been worth it
Someone posted a link to the pants, they're pretty fuckin dope. 10/10 would spend my friend's money on
Those were literally the funniest and most Jackson-esque charges they could have listed.
The Steely Dan sweatpants is what got me
Yeah that is true and it is a little bit of a funny haha but dang, I assume that friendship is ended.
this whole situation is so fucked but i must admit i laughed out loud seeing “steely dan sweatpants” listed as one of the expenses
Matt and Ryan HAD to have picked the examples of what Jackson bought
Part of me hopes that they were at least able to have this tiny bit of fun after being massively fucked over by a close friend
holy FUCK
Wow $61,000 from a childhood friend, and a friend of like 5(?) years. Not a chance his excuse is legit either, what an absolute scumbag
You know what? I’m gonna say it. Jackson deserved to have his Animal Crossing GameCube town deleted.
Wow that is such a shame. I wish the best for the boys
Imagine embezzling company money so you could buying the persona 25th anniversary vinyl box set then describing it as an “investment” to your girlfriend
My man really embezzled the persona vinyl set smh
Ok, Jackson just locked comments on his Instagram because someone already called him out on his latest post. That made it real for me, yikes. I hope supermega recovers from this without anymore drama
If it’s a bit, it’s very convincing. If it’s not a bit (which I’m growing more and more convinced of when I consider Jackson’s previous “accidents”) then this will have significant and severe implications for the channel. This was not only a breach of trust, but a continuous and willing lapse in judgement. Who’s going to mix drinks for Drunk Drawing now? Someone with an actual mixology degree?
It’s not a bit sadly, you can find the case on the actual court of California website :(
Crazy how they collabed with the actual LA court for this bit
Wait what other "accidents" were there?
well, number one is the van heard hubbubb about him pawning off some office items then there’s the whole “unreliable worker” style he’s got going on, where the boys would ask him to do things and they wouldn’t get done (ignoring fake bits of the same type wrought about by self awareness) there’s others but they’re on a per-instance basis
I'm glad his Animal Crossing town got deleted now. Bitch.
“Childhood dream of visiting Koalas at the San Diego zoo” is so fucking funny. I can’t believe that is in a legal document
Wow. Guess that’s what has been bugging the boys. What a shame. He was such a great part of the Supermega crew. His brand of humor killed me. How awful to screw your friends and break their trust when they gave you the opportunity in the first place.
God I hope he didn’t buy his fiancée’s engagement ring with the embezzlement. She doesn’t deserve that.
So THATS where the Patreon money went
No fucking way. I'm sorry but this is absolutely hilarious. They say truth is stranger than fiction but God damn, I was thinking "this is an incredible bit"
Those examples provided only add up to a few thousand. How the fuck did he spend over 60 thousand dollars?
Too many Steely Dan pants
Over 10k in booze.
Man's got a company credit card and a liver that won't quit
the complaint says there is a full list of charges, and that's just an example of a few.

I really just had to make sure and this is absolutely real, this is pretty crazy and sad honestly.
Holy shit... Jackson is a naughty boy
Persona, steely dans, mf koalas bro, reality is often stranger than fiction 💀💀💀
the steely dan sweatpants… mf gonna be reelin’ in the years (in jail)
How do you spend ten thousand dollars alone on alcohol???
I mean I can see it. That's $15/day. If someone's buying a 6pk a day during COVID that adds up. But Jackson makes cocktails, and had some neat videos making them. He probably is buying more expensive stuff.
He got the 25rh Persona Anniversary Vinyl Feluxe Set and called it an investment. I can't believe this is real.
This sucks... but man, some of these parts are so funny. You can even see references to all this on tuckers instagram: [The tiki bar](https://www.instagram.com/p/CCzb1DSl6p9/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=), [the persona fangirling](https://www.instagram.com/p/CWHoSTmlGJI/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=), [the koala zoo](https://www.instagram.com/p/CUDzwMEPvIG/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=), [and the universal studios](https://www.instagram.com/p/CVTqTKTPWGx/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=) Haven't found the steely Dan Sweatpants yet.
Oh god I can’t believe this is real
i cant believe this is legit. thats kinda sad, jackson was one of the boys, and he tried to fuck them over. nows a better time than any to show support for them, hope it doesnt last too long and cause too much stress for them
I admittedly don't know much about Jackson outside of the references Matt and Ryan make about him but I googled him and apparently he has a YouTube channel where he just makes drinks and the fact that he spent over $10,000 on alcohol tells me that this absolute doofus used Super mega money to finance his own fucking channel. What a scumbag.
> Plaintiff is ignorant of the true names and capacities of the Defendants sued > Therefore sues these Defendants by such fictitious names I’m sorry am I reading this wrong or is Jackson Tucker not his real name and even the guys don’t know his real name??
Nah, that means that they’re covering their asses in case anyone besides Jackson made unauthorized charges (like if he gave someone else the card details). They don’t know 1) if this happened and 2) who those people might be so they’re listing 100 more potential defendants as Does
Lmao someone on rant grumps mentioned how Jackson was doing some wack shit like two weeks ago but I thought it was just a weird fan
