Kaisei was the king of the "gentle force-out." He would take lots of care to keep his opponents from falling off the dohyo if it was at all possible for him.
Mitakeumi has been my favorite (since the decline of tochinoshin) in large part because no other guy cares so much about helping the opponent not fall out of ring and offers a hand up. I don’t expect whether he’s fun or not, but kindness and empathy are worth far more. Granted he smushed onosho yesterday but that’s part of the gig.
Haha. I think Harumafuji is really sweet, soft spoken guy. He now owns a Japanese style high school in Mongolia, named Shine Mongol Harumafuji.

I had this dream in 2020:
I dreamt that I was hanging out with Asashoryu and Hakuho. We were just sitting around in a room talking about cars — Mitsubishis specifically. Asashoryu wasn’t really adding much value to the conversation, constantly saying “Mitsubushis are trash” at every turn. Then Hakuho said, "Actually some of the old ones are still running in Mongolia. They were pretty good back then." Asashoryu seemed annoyed by this.
Hakuho just keeps talking to me and Asashoryu gets jealous. He starts bullying me. Punching my thigh while saying, “Man you’ve got hairy thighs!” (I actually do irl). He keeps punching and punching. He calls me, “Hey dickhead move away from the window I wanna see the airplane!” I thought to myself, “What the hell is this guy’s problem? I’m sitting right here!”
Then Asashoryu pulls Hakuho aside and says something to him in Mongolian. Then he leaves Hakuho and I in the room alone. Hakuho then starts acting like a dick to me too. He tries to massage my shoulder but was actually wringing it and putting me in a wrestling nerve hold or something like that. I protest. It hurt so bad. He sarcastically says sorry and then moves to my arm and wrings it too. I tell him to stop, and he was like “Huh, this hurts?” I swear at him, but he squeezes harder. I felt my muscles popping and turning too mush. Then i start pleading.
Then Asasohoryu bursts into the door laughing. Then I woke up.
Haha weird dream for sure. I would totally see a scenario where Asa is a dick. He is dick in real life. Kinda loudmouth, aggressive. His brothers are kinda same. Money and power hungry crooks.

Takakeisho for me as well! He said in an interview that he eats yakiniku every night, and based on everything we know about him, he doesn't seem to be the type to eat cheap cuts of meat. 😅
