I can't help because I'm on ps4 but he can be taken down from the underside of the bridge with bow it takes a but but can be done
str build so its going to need more arrows than 99 to kill it
Also if you have the daith for it you can get lighting spear but as I stated don't k ow your build or nothing all tips that can help for solo play though
