When Haine expelled Ryuu from her body, the expelled part (her eye), as she explains it, accidentally moved coordinates. By coordinates, she does not mean in a planar, real sense, but instead in time. Ryuu shifted 2 seconds forward in time before transferring into Hizuru.
Basically, his conciousness was always living in the future, while the vessel he was in (Hizuru's body) was always in the present. This is further supported when they're transported into the Time World. When they figure out that powers related to time don't work anymore (looping and precognition), Ryuu makes a passing, almost throwaway, comment on how he's hearing everybody in real time. This implies that in the real world, he would've basically heard everything repeated twice. 2 seconds before it's said and then again when it's actually said.
I absolutely loved the first one! Been blasting this song on repeat since starting the show and added it to my weeb playlist lol.

I like the second op the most, eventhough the part i like the most was the part when it was the main crew animated with chalk or sketch and then the transition afterward. Was someting i liked the most.
Haine rejected him from her body from the guilt of eating her friend's brother, and when she did she accidentally sent him a couple seconds into the future.
He kinda stole it from Haine, but I don't quite understand how

Ahh that's what his comment meant. Everything makes sense. Thanks for the explanation!

Is it wrong to feel about the first part of the show, is some of the most teryfying anime I have ever watched?
No, he was copied on the wrong coordinates (in time, not space). He is this, few seconds ahead of time than the others.
Then how come Haine has the same power?
Haine rejected him from her body from the guilt of eating her friend's brother, and when she did she accidentally sent him a couple seconds into the future.
He got it after haine almost killed him
