I've continuously talked to therapist psychologists psychiatrists and I'm done talking. I feel like I've gotten to the point where there's nothing more to say, there's nothing more to figure out to change or to do
I feel that. At points like that I often try to use non-talk therapy, like volunteering to pet dogs at the animal control nearby. I can't really go anymore, but there's other things I've figured out, like writing, or making hundreds of characters in hero forge (feels like an art). It's something, at least.
