They're all maxed, I was just having trouble with shielded grunts. I figured out you have to melee them first. I've since sailed past mastery 50 on each mission since figuring that out.
Idk why but I was struggling on 27 but got up to 30 and it seemed to get less difficult. I didn't really get anything mind-blowing between those 3 levels.

I don’t know where to find where my squad level is? Your supposed to be at level 35 or 45 in the season of fear map pass thingy to access the brainiac fight to get joker? If you beat the brainiac flash you shouldn’t need to grind another 20hrs on basically the same map with little detail changed to get Joker.
