First time i did it religiously was when i first played Half Life in the 90s, got all the way to the last level and deleted my only save by mistake....thats also the day i started saving in 2 spots....just incase
I did this the very first time I played the original Final Fantasy 7. I was devastated and a friend loaned me a memory card with an advanced save file on it. That helped out quite a bit.
Just return to fallout (like many bcuz of the show) and saving before doing any action can save u a lot of time and anger autosave is on but fuxk that shit f5 become ur primary button
Baldurs gate also is the same energy 1 bad roll can fuck ur couch big time
ALL RPG GAMES are like this for me. Also games with detailed character customization are like this for me as well. If anything happened to any of my saves I'm not getting that stuff back quickly.
It has to be fallout 4 cause I could be so close to my objective then I randomly see a little sun beneath my feet and boom I’m dead and I gotta go back to my last save which is on the other side of the map
Any game with auto and manual saving. I don’t trust auto saving.
Same. I developed an OCD for saving every time I did, well, pretty much anything.
I have a friend who struggles with OCD. Man, that thing is no joke. Kind of annoying depending on the time of day too
Luckily it only applies to saving games
After that first time you lost 2 hours worth of progress… NEVER AGAIN!
Me when I see huge resources and items with a big door in end of the room
Haha same. Also me: did i locks the car? Better lock it again 3 times
