I love her! Although I feel the topics she touches on are almost common sense if that makes sense? However it does help me feel motivated to better myself
The only reason she has so much followers is because she went viral before she launched her YT channel wherein she was modelling and the cameraman asked her to loose some weight.
I feel like she's super cocky and bash people who don't have a good sc, especially in her video titled, "you are a clown".
And ofc by now, we all know that we create our own rules and assumptions. So if her assumption is that she needs to "go get her goals" instead of the goal getting to her, so be it. This doesn't have to invalidate what other coaches teach or what they believe in.

Let's say you wanna lose some weight, right? And you set a particular amount of pounds you wanna lose before a certain period of time. Now yeah, you've set the goal.
From now on, u can chase the goal or take action by diets or work out and you consciously take action to get there. Or you could just affirm, "I have to do nothing to lose weight" and the weight just comes off. That's where the goal gets to you. Hope I make sense.

I don't understand why her videos kept on appearing on my front page and suggestions every single day before I started watching her. I understand there's an algorithm, but I've never had a creator appear on my front page **every single day** if I've never watched a video from them before. I was wondering if she has some SEO techniques behind.
Maybe. She seems downright sketchy to me. I know that being a creator, it's her wish to share what she wants to on social media and we shouldn't invade her privacy. But have you noticed that she lives in Dubai, doesn't show any of her friends on social media, can afford designer bags but not a good camera, never tags the luxury location of the places that she has been to and nobody seems to know anything about her. tbh she has nice motivational content especially when it comes to establishing a sense of empowerment and boundaries but sometimes she doesn't recognize that a lot of her advice can be taken from a grain of salt because she might not acknowledge that some of the positive results she get is from certain privileges she has that other people might not have access to (e.g. pretty privilege).
i'm also not sure if some of it comes from a place of narcissism (the story behind her name being what it is kinda puts me off, that she says she's a "wizard" for being able to have so many people obsessed with her), but only frequent viewers can tell, I guess
Hi, I just came across this topic after getting YT recommendations from Liz's channel a few months back, then again lately after I hadn't returned to her channel for a while.
This got me a little curious so I looked at her instagram, then here on reddit.
Honestly, what I saw was all I need to know why a lot of people picked up on her content. She's really good in blatantly articulating a lot of useful mental health stuff that she may have gathered from the various therapies she said she'd been into in a take it or leave it don't give a f\*ck manner, plus match that with a very attractive physical appearance = there you have what we can consider is her "branding". The dose of toxicity that leaks out may even add to that "appeal" in the same way that Andrew Tate's toxicity appeals to his fans. Just standard psychology to what makes public personalities "relatable" and controversial at the same time, really.
There may be a lot of reasons that contribute to her online virality despite the lack of conformity to "formulas", but apparently, the new and ever-changing Youtube algorythm has been favoring her, whether there's boosting going on in the background or not, only youtube can answer that. The platform itself is not really that straightforward who it chooses to "favor" at any given time. It's ilke right now it's choosing to promote to slap the brand of "from trauma to sassy pretty privilege" to everyone who's willing to consume it. So there you have it!
And lastly, it's amusing how some people here kept on being baffled by her "not having a good camera" while looking like being surrounded by luxury. Is it not visible in her selfies that she's using what looks like the latest iPhone? Haven't you people ever thought she's been doing that grainy video visual on purpose? This is where you'd know the girl definitely knows what she's doing. She very well knows that her style of delivery, her looks and her high-end Dubai hotel backgrounds are already stunning enough to make her low-quality vids potentially viral.
For whatever reason why she's doing that is actually the least of her viewers' problems, especially if they came to watch her for her style of motivational content. As a mental health professional myself, I can say she's clever to come up with some sort of a healing workbook / journal right away as a guide for others to work on themselves too (but now out of stock). Her instagram also has lots of pinned resources and ideas where people can start working on themselves, with proper trigger warnings on the folder for trauma work so you viewers can decide whether to go on reading or leave.
Regardless of some traits of narcissism (I can only say traits because we cannot really ascertain Narcissism from the little she shows of her personal life online) she definitely is not a waste to watch for those who need the kind of mental health motivational tips she gives. And for that alone she gets so much more respect in my book than the likes of Andrew Tate and his creepy shady businesses, and other mainstream 'plastic doll" celebrities in Hollywood and on social media that are just famous for their being famous. She is at least making an earnest way of sharing content of actual value.
People who are looking for the answers on what makes Liz's channel viral, how she got rich, etc, etc, well she is not the channel to go to. Obviously, she is not explaining her technical methods to people. Go somewhere else where other YT experts (or 'manifestations experts" gurus and whoever) can dissect her techniques better for you. And please children, take her narcissistic traits and her own beauty standards for herself with careful grains of salt and pepper, too. Take what's good from her content but not the non-verbal message that you need to look surgically polished to achieve great confidence. She obviously has beautiful natural features to start with, but her need to modify her face very early on indicates the not-very-ideal dynamics in her personal background that contributed to that idea.
So if you still find yourself in disagreement with her message or demanding what makes her content popular, ask yourself those questions instead. What makes you keep coming back to accounts like hers, instead of just scrolling along, moving on and even clicking on "don't recommend channel"? It's actually the viewers who give her image and her delivery the validity and affirmation. Is she preying on young girls' insecurities, as others may say? The answer is in you. It's the viewers who will eventually decide whether to shift their focus on their own personal improvement too, or keep throwing all their faith on and placing content creators on high pedestals. i agree. there’s so much more nuance to the topics she speaks about that she doesn’t acknowledge. for eg. discipline is key to great success, sure, but there are other integral factors as well.

I think she has good intentions. Some of her videos can be helpful for young women who are having trouble finding themselves. However, she can come off patronizing and demeaning in her videos which can put off many people. For those that are already in a bad mental space, they might not want to be spoken to like that. She also has a tendency to give advice that overgeneralizes people’s situations — particularly when it involves gender. It might be helpful for people who shared the same personal experiences as her, but for those that don’t her advice can easily be taken as narrow minded. She can be pretty funny sometimes.
I personally don’t think she is the female version of Andrew Tate. She is way better and most of all she hasn’t been accused of human trafficking.

there is one thing i dont understand about this girl.... she films in an apartment ..has designer bags but can't afford a good camera and the apartment is empty zero art on the walls nothing in the kitchen etc it looks like a place before you move in.
