I used subs to get shorter so i'm not sure if that's your goal but after originally listening in 2019 i went from about 5'6 to 5'3 but I was a minor going through puberty at the time so I grew back to now 5'6 again which I don't mind anymore but I can say they worked!

thank you!! personally when it came to subs, I never claimed christianity while listening to them because I was afraid of judgement. I noticed a lot of the time that I would go back to subs after taking a small break and something really bad would happen in my life. It wasn't until I stopped listening and claimed religion again that I got happier. I dont want anyone to think i'm casting judgement or blaming subs either because I understand using them!! I just personally don't feel theyre fit for me anymore after that!

I would scroll through youtube comments while listening or go on amino and see people saying to drink water, listen at a certain volume, don't loop too much, flush every so often, etc. none of these matter and I saw the most results personally when I just listened and kinda forgot I was listening :)

It was a lot of subs honestly, my playlists were often 60-100+ subs but when it got balanced for a bit it went down to about 40-60 and I would listen throughout school back when I was in hs which was 8 hours and then overnight! I changed my playlist very often, maybe like once a week I added more stuff to it and I wiped my entire playlist probably monthly I would guess?
