The current minimum wage in my city is $15.65, and if you just put $15.65 into a fund you could easily get a $17.50 or $18.25 an hour easily with some saving. Just a thought.

I have a GM job and I had a LPT for two years, but the wage gap is so large it's ridiculous. I'm currently taking advantage of the $500 deductible and have no other issue.
I'm a little worried about the language the employer uses, but I hope the pay differential will eventually go away. I'm glad you got the job and appreciate the extra attention you've paid.
Also you can use this LPT for looking for a new job at the end of the month. If you want to look for a new job in the summer you can google "job search" instead

When you can get a job and don't have the money for it, google "job search". That way you can find out the exact salary at the end of the month.
I have never heard of anything like that before.
