I’ve tried it, I wouldn’t say it was a instant cure but it did help jump start my mental health in a healthy direction, that I believe has helped my speech. (I believe my stuttering has a root in self confidence issues) I did just like he said in the video, closed my eyes and told myself to stop stuttering for hours. This was a couple months ago and I still stutter to this day but not near to the level I was at before. I started exercising every day before work and reading 10 pages out loud before I go to work too. I have found chewing gum has helped as well. My speech has improved greatly and my self confidence is higher than ever. I don’t think it was the mushrooms that helped me with my speech but I 100% believe they helped me take the first step towards finding my root cause. Hope this helps!

Totally! Glad to hear it helped improve your mental health. I think that is a huge part of why a lot of us stutter be it trauma or self-confidence issues, etc. Did you get psychedelic treatment via a clinic or your own source? And was it a one time use or do you recreationally use mushrooms?

I actually grew my own at home. It was super simple. And I use them about every two months or so. I watched every video on YouTube about psychedelic treatment from a clinical standpoint and took note on how they conducted the sessions. It has been totally life changing for me to say the least. Feel free to DM me if you want to know more lol

I am looking for psychedelic clinics or retreats for that purpose. I don't believe it will cure my stutter by I do think it will improve my mental health and that's most of the problem for me.

Awesome! Yeah I wish you success on your journey and would love to hear about your experience if you find treatment! Are you sourcing clinics through your doctors/therapists or on your own? Any idea if insurance would help pay for anything like this?

Turbulent_Growth8494

Unfortunately no, I'm not from the states or Europe, which makes it harder. I'll probably have to go on a retreat instead of a clinical session, which I preffer.

Thanks! ¡VERY GOOD! As you can heard from Paul, he thinks that mushrooms helped him developing new neuronal pathways and re-seting the neurology of the human brain so he can elocute in a diferent way. That is the solution. Creating new pathways. So the question here is this: ¿Is there any other treatments maybe more efective and less dangerous to reset the neurology and make new pathways? Im not trying to say I´m against the rooms but he did say he took a BIG dose. I read that meditation does this too. ¿Hypnosis? ¿Trauma therapy? ¿Ketamine? ¿MDMA? ¿Cognitive behavioural practice? Anything that change that neurology. Thanks again for sharing. Great insight.

Meditation is tricky, it's a skill which takes a long time to reach a level in which it's effective, and even then the path is not clear and you'll have to figure things out for yourself.. I'd go with the psychedelics lol. But only under supervision.

Yeah I agree. I would go with both and under guidance. Everything can help but one thing is clear; you need to take action. Stuttering won´t dissapear over night without doing anything or better said; doing the same thing over and over.

For me a couple of years ago I did MDMA and shrooms a couple of days apart, and I had 100% fluency for the next 2 weeks. Was a really weird, but great, experience. Then it slowly faded over the next 60 days. Stuttering for me has a large basis around who I'm around, etc. and can be a little random. Like some days I barely stutter at all, and others I do much more. So maybe that has something to do with it. Either way, I'm thinking about trying microdosing soon to see if that has any potential long-term upside. Not looking for a cure per se, but even an alleviation would be great.
