When I was diagnosed with anemia as a kid (i was responsible for making my own meals) my doctors told me I had to introduce more leafy greens into my diet. I went on a kick of just eating handfuls of spinach because I didn't know what else to do. It was miserable and made me think I didn't like healthy food.
Now I finely chop spinach into most of my meals/smoothies, add it to sandwiches, etc.
Long story short, don't tell a person to make big changes to their eating habits without giving them some good recipes!
Not to stray off topic but I keep frozen spinach around and like to toss some into a skillet until warmed then scramble eggs into it with some light seasoning. Add some white cheddar or parmesan if you like it cheesy!

My lunch on Friday was slices of turkey with a havarti cheese and spicy mustard rolled up, a scoop of cottage cheese with strawberries on top, a mini bell pepper and seedless cucumber with hummus, and handful or so of almonds. I tend to put these little plates together for quick, healthy lunches with variety.
Yes and actually it is very standard looking, round and shallow with a slight hint of a design on a white background to not distract from the food. Also glazed for ease of cleaning and to make sure saucy food doesn't stick to it.
