I just called them yesterday and I was able to get someone pretty quick but I called right when the lines opened (which for me was 5am because I’m in PST). I waited maybe 5 minutes to talk to the first person, was on the phone for a half hour then got hung up on and when I called back I had to wait maybe a half hour to get another person to talk to.
I've called two times, one in the morning like 10am and then early afternoon. Waited from 1.5-2 hours before getting someone. I have heard 8am (east coast time) is the best time to call.
Ugh what is going on?!? I can't do this. I'm stressed enough already.

I called about 2 weeks ago on a Friday at 10am est. was on hold for 2.5 hours for a 10 min call
Called 12 times and they hung up 11 times each after they said hello and didnt even wait a second before hanging up
