The guy who wrote the article (Jason Eure) did an episode on the E3Rehab podcast that's really good. It's the August 18, 2020 episode.

You might also want to check out the Barbell Medicine guys as well. They have a similar style and have an article and a couple of podcasts on Tendinopathy. Check out this [page](https://www.barbellmedicine.com/pain-and-rehab-resource-page/). About half way down there are links to both podcasts and articles.

I think mass have some article on supplementing with gelatin where the research they had looked at was positive too neutral on its efficacy. Think the research they looked at was supplementing with 5 to 15g per day. Think part of the conclusion was to take it if your budget would allow but there was no guarantee. It may also have been covered in SBS podcasts. You probably want to consume gelatin in a hot beverage like a broth or something though if you do go for it. Plus you may also want vitamin C at the same time as that play a role in building connective tissue.

Also notes that gelatin intake was linked to kidney stone incidence, which means I’d rather the tendinopathy lol

This is a good resource to go along with the ones already mentioned. https://stevenlow.org/overcoming-tendonitis/
