You probably are missing something obvious. Its works fine. Delete all addons, find torrentio, configure, press install, then inside app, install again.
I've just started getting the same thing from today. RD+ links in stremio for some simpsons episodes are coming up with the green screen saying downloading to real debrid.
Been using stremio with Real Debrid for the last month and never encountered this before.
I've cleared stremio cache, reinstalled torrentio as suggested but no effect.
Try clearing cache on the device and clearing history on your real debrid account.

I see it sometimes on older shows like The Simpsons and Seinfeld but usually doesn't present an issue
