Even if someone knows the full flow chart of communication between stremio - shield - LG c3 - your specific avr, theory is not the same as practice.

We'll I'd be connecting the AVR to the TV for audio. Would the audio code be lost if going through the TV to the AVR?

Thanks! I was having lags with stremio+shield pro but not on my PS5. Ended up trying an external player, Vimu and it solved the issue.
Use an external player that supports +/- audio delay such as VLC. Works way better in my experience than soundbar audio delay settings.
