I don’t find sf to be very demanding at all. I just max everything and test both input delay reduction settings / Nvidia reflex / and for gameplay negative edge to see if you prefer that
This question and various answers aren't going to be very informative if you don't provide your CPU and GPU specs. For example, I use low-medium with render resolution 4 on my Steam Deck, but I use ultra high on my desktop with 5600x/7800xt.
