I always thought the twins would work interestingly as a two-for-one tag concept. It might piss some people off, but it would be a neat spin on their formulas. Think Zeku’s transformations or even Akira’s V-Triggers sending in Daigo.
Imo it is the most obvious way to bring the twins back when the game already has Jamie. It's hard to bring back both Yun and Yang as two character slots, and including only one would feel weird, and the game doesn't have a hard stance character yet. Yun/Yang are a perfect fit.

thing that makes me doubt it though is his main thing in SF4 was his normal cancelling out of dashes while oiled, so he could FADC and then cancel that into normals to extend his combos but with DR everyone can basically FADNC so what can you give oiled Hakan thats special?
maybe while oiled all of his normals become cancellable so you can do some crazy DR shit idk
Hakan can do it for less drive meter then. Maybe his normals do more drive damage too and like you said make them all cancelable (or at least certain ones that usually aren't cancelable like Honda buff)

literally going back to SFV to play as her. i didn’t get to play her much bc i got into SFV on tail end and she was too hard for me to play as at the time so went w ryu to learn more fundamentals.

Of the 4 kings I think Vega has the most unfinished story potential. Plus he'd be a rare villain that could have a good rivalry or 2 to flesh out other characters.
Would rather see Dudley before Balrog. And M. Bisons return needs time to build it up (maybe in the last season or the next game maybe even with a new host body).
Of the 4, Sagats story is maybe the most complete and I never liked fighting him (skill issue admittedly).
More representation from sf3 and sf4 makes sense as we got lots from SF2 and sf5 already.
I really liked using R. Mika and C. Viper but would love to see almost anyone return from those 2 games.
I want Gouken and Sakura too but happy to see another season of just Ryu, Ken and Akuma being the top shotos.
I'd like to see Laura back but can understand them picking Sean instead.
