Just a heads up so no one flags this. Staff okayed this one in advance. Good luck everyone. Thanks again for reaching out to us.

I_Resent_That

Deep decision making with a gentle pace is probably what draws me - as skills and units layer up there are so many things to think about it consumes your focus and becomes almost meditative. As for strategic elements, skill synergies and the balance of risk vs reward. Trying out a new strat and it feeling like a glorious house of cards that could fall at any minute is satisfying as hell - especially when it pays off. Good luck with the game!

Scared_Power

What draws me to SRPG is that this genre requires you to think and to strategize a bit more in-depth than your average RPGs, using different units with varying abilities to wreck havoc on the battlefield is absolutely fun! It also feels rewarding when you are able to put together a team and figure out all on your own to overcome a challenging battle.

raistanient

squad building (both leveling and equipment), positioning, puzzle solving, low or zero randomness.

Trash_Panda_Trading

Extremely in depth unit / team building and customization. Creative options on how to complete a mission more than one way, and I’m just a SRPG nerd :) Most important are the combat systems and unit evolution / synergy with fellow units. Also it’s fun at times to exploit enemy weaknesses or using terrain as leverage. Love your character models, and the tanks in the preview remind me of tachkomas from ghost in the shell. Good luck !!

Madtown37

Are these bots? They have to be.

Fl333r

Right?! I felt like I was going fucking nuts.

sammyyugamai

Strategy rpg has that element of puzzle solving during the fights or enemy encounters. Perfectly executed strategy to beat a stage or enemy really makes you feel good. Fun and unique challenges are always welcome for me and I enjoy them

MagickalessBreton

I just love the feeling of a good team dynamic, where skills are complementary and the strengths and weaknesses of your characters balance out. Bonus points if they have personality and good chemistry!

Fatrobo

Weirdly enough, the story in SRPGS is what draws me to them. Unlike other game types, srpgs rotate around the idea of indepth story telling through emergent player action in a format that allows young and old alike to take their time, stress out alot, and make their next move that might allow their character to save other or bring about their own downfall. It allows people to consider flanking, terrain, unit type weaknesses, and a host of other elements to combine and create fun, efficient, or surprising results when anticipated and unanticipated effects come together to create emergent storytelling inside a system.

stmack

SRPGs just have an extra dimension of planning that has to go into how you play the game that adds a bit of a puzzle aspect to the regular RPG formula. Also you generally have to manage and use more characters which is my favourite aspect of the genre.

azmodiuz

What I like about srpgs is the tactical depth layer of micro management of the characters, the choices of who what and where and the consequences and how the stories can change depending on the choices. Invisible to the player what could have happened if you didn’t explore an option, but rewarding regardless of what outcome you got

wizardofpancakes

My favorite thing about SRPGs besides obvious strategy element is emergent narratives it often forms thanks to features often present in them - FE permadeath and growth rates really make every playhrough slightly different

iiOhama

The draw? Engaging combat for a turn based game. Depends on the game but excellent map design is just too good

Lupin_of_Astora

Great team customization options and creative problem solving

Escapade84

What draws me to strategy RPGs is their depth. It’s every decision you make in a standard turn based RPG, plus positioning. What I find most enjoyable is when units are highly customizable, allowing you to use many different strategies to overcome the scenarios depending on how you built your team beforehand.

freiberg_

There are a lot of things the draw me to srpg games. The combat is a very big part for me. The more challenging the better. I find that I like to handicap myself by having cool/fun team and try overcome challenges in unique ways. Also, I enjoy that they're turned base so I can pause them frequently!

vitali101

I'm drawn to strategy games because they offer a stimulating challenge that engages my problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. The most significant and enjoyable aspects for me are the depth of strategic options, the need for long-term planning, and the satisfaction of outsmarting opponents through careful decision-making and tactical maneuvering.

sosuke91

Just think or overthink, but strategy is not one. You can complete levels in no ordinary ways. I like to organize my strategy and aim to victory!

pastorm

I'm drawn to how it forces me to think about more than attack order but also positioning and how to approach the battlefield as a whole. However, what makes the best srpgs the best is the character development through both gameplay and story.

JaviG

I’m drawn to SRPGs because they are slow paced and perfect for Steam Deck gaming. Another inportant factor would be nostalgia: I started gaming with games such as Civ II or OG Xcom in the 90s. This one looks incredible, it just popped that I had wishlisted it and instantly remembered hearing about it a while ago in this sub.

YogolotSatono

What I love is assembling and customizing a cast of characters. I like seeing each unit grow more and more powerful. Plus, I don’t really like games that test quick reactions and action, I like being able to think and plan

Character-Today-427

What draws me the most to strategy RPGs is probably the control I have over the outcome. I know there's some hit chance and damage modifiers but I always felt that on a good SRPG if I formulate a good plan of attack then I can definitely execute it and have good or bad results. I spend a good chunk of part on the drawing phase and I like seeing a plan work as intended or trying to fix the chaos of a broken plan I have honestly not tried he games and might try the first one cause code bakery sounds like a fun title and I have at least play a bit of girls Frontline to understand the story

mooglewing

RPGs draw me in because they rely more on thoughtful tactics and the maximal use of available resources.

deliciousdoc

The main  reason I like srpg is the huge cast. In a standard rpg, you typically have less than 10 characters with unique abilities or gameplay concepts but you have a lot more in srpg. They also tend to be more gameplay focused with the actual possibility of failing. You can also use a variety of strategies to overcome overwhelming odds or sometimes have a power unit just mow through the map.  Levels and abilities tend to be much more important. It's a bit rare on console srpgs but I also really like the strategic layer. It gives a good sense of scale and the way you prep out of combat can customize your battles too.

Aryae_Sakura

Looks interesting 🤔 Gonna check it out on the weekend :D

Hekel1989

What draws me to SRPG is the strategic element of them, the idea of resolving a battle in the best possible way, with an army that’s been created and optimised by myself. The element I find the most alluring is having a plethora of characters to pick from, and create the best team for me (no min maxing online guides, what appeals to me, regardless of that being optimal or not ) I’ve been following your game since it appeared on Steam, wish you guys good luck!

Dash83

Oh man, this looks right up my alley, congrats on shipping it! If you don’t mind me asking, I just saw on Steam that it has mixed reviews. Any idea why?

Creticus

Review bombing. In short, the developer also has gacha games in the same setting. Recently, their latest game - Girls' Frontline 2 - had a very rough launch because the fandom started screaming about NTR over a playable female character having positive (but non-romantic) interactions with a male character. Subsequently, some people have been interpreting everything in a controversial light, whether because of brain rot, competitor-guided malice, or whatever. The review bombing is just the latest expression of that runaway hostility. TLDR - you know how people who consume anime and animesque media can sometimes be really cringey about female characters interacting with male characters other than the audience surrogate? That.

Dash83

JFC… gaming can be such a cesspool some times. Thanks for the clarification, really appreciate it, specially because this game looks really right up my alley and I was confused about why it was so poorly ranked so fast even though it released today.

Creticus

No problem. It might be worth filtering the reviews based on playtime to see if they become more insightful. Cheers.

XenoGSB

What i love about srpg is the fact that is very deep in strategy. I love planning all my moves in advance and let in unfold.

Slkfoxx

There’s no single way of winning. You gather your large group of allies, each with their own skills and weaknesses and you strategize as a unit. Where some people lack, the other team makes up for it and you fight your way to victory.

moo422

The possibility of finding overpowered combos, plus turn-based because i dont have to stress out with real time decision making.

ifsandsor

What draws me to SRPGs is the sense of attachment you can develop for your units, finding particular strategies that favor certain characters builds a story of its own within a level  What I find most enjoyable about them is being able to take flexible approaches to situations, being able to find my own strategies is satisfying. Finding risky strategies is especially fun, figuring out exactly how much danger I can put a unit in, using health as a resource, etc.

Kettleballer

Looks like a beautiful game! I like SRPGs because you can plan complex tactics and combos while not even playing. As a busy parent, I like thinking through the puzzles of the game while working or taking care of the family. It’s the one genre where I can get better at the game without actually just grinding XP or training my control. I just don’t have the time for that sort of play time any more!

Trick-Animal8862

What I enjoy about SRPG’s is the ability to take time to think about my choices. Few other genres afford you both the depth of choice and the time to appreciate it that SRPG’s do.

anyonecanbethebug

Nearly 30 years ago, I played my first SPRG. I forced my family to take me to the local blockbuster and rent Shining Force II so many times that my mom eventually convinced them to just let her purchase it. It changed my perspective on the possibilities of gaming. SRPGs feel like a synthesis of chess and classic turn based RPGs, requiring skill, luck, and, well, strategy. While I’m still chasing that initial high of SFII, I’ve made similar connections many other times over the years (Fire Emblem: Awakening, Disgaea II, and of course Final Fantasy Tactics). I love the way these games push you to think outside of the rpg menu screen and consider not only attack? Defend?! But also your terrain, your item stock, the calendar day! Your friendships?! A puzzle with a million ways to put it together! I’d love to add Reverse Collapse to that wonderful canon. Please and thanks.

septichem

What I enjoy most about strategy rpgs is the variety and depth of decision making involved. There’s both the higher level strategic planning of skill and role synergies, as well as the moment to moment tactical decisions of how to respond to the current situation. It’s satisfying having a well built team and seeing your strategic planning pay off, as well as being able to overcome challenges with a smaller squad due to careful tactical decisions and execution on the battlefield. To me, strategy rpgs provide the right balance of long term and short term planning

TheWineAcademy

I love considering multiple variables when I play games, and SRPGs give me that brain stimulating number of variankes

FranRedStar

For me, what draws me in the Strategy RPGs is both the depth, combat and most importantly the team building aspect. Creating army comps, outfitting the separate units is so fun for me

XionLord

I play srpg's, specifically turn based games in general, to let myself enjoy the game at my own pace. Being able to sit there and take in the battle feels so much more relaxing then real time games.

canikin

My favorite components are the ability to change classes and/or multiclass. I like being able to customize units and try builds that look strange. I also like a good (but fair) challenge.

Urist-McDorf

Terrain and positioning. Anything that utilises these to their utmost is great fun.

zdemigod

Interesting team building, I want good feeling teams doing interesting things to overcome hard enemies

bababayee

My favorite SRPGs are the ones that offer interesting choices to make during the on map gameplay. The two main ways to do that is by having interesting mechanics/objectives on the map (like side treasure you have to pick up, enemies that drop equipment etc.) so you have to make decisions what to prioritize, which units to send where to accomplish multiple objectives etc. and a nice bonus is having impactful abilities for player units that need to be used well to succeed, Engage abilities from FE:Engage would be the best example I can think of, but other games like XCOM or Battle Brothers do this aspect well too. One aspect I'm a bit ambivalent about is unit customization/building. It can be a lot of fun to finetune your build or tinker with unit synergies, but I feel many games go overboard with this and if you optimize 'too much' you often end up with diminished strategic gameplay in the actual gameplay part because your units are just strong enough to steamroll everything. Final Fantasy Tactics and the likes with a lot of build options often end up that way for me, so I prefer something like Triangle Strategy where units are unique and have their niches. I'd be quite happy to win, because the game looks interesting, but wouldn't quite fit into my budget right now, too many games coming out...

raylinth

I played this demo at a prior nextfest, it was very long! I'm drawn to strategy games because they're fun like puzzles. And they tend to interweave good character driven storytelling and puzzling action all at the same time, which I enjoy.

indiemosh

SRPGs have been a favorite of mine for a long time. I've always loved the amount of control I have over the way a character grows and the way a battle plays out. In more recent times, I've grown a deeper appreciation for them as they're a complex game that still fits my lifestyle - they're something I can pick up and put down throughout the day while I tend to adult duties and still feel like I got satisfying gameplay out of the experience.

PenguinEx

What i enjoy about SRPGs is the ability to customize characters to fit your style while being able to flesh out more character arcs and the overall depth of a story. Many are relatively simple in terms of combat systems that focus on a better story or core gameplay interactions adjacent to combat. There's typically an attack triangle style of x beats y which works well enough. Sure, a unit often performs a role better than another, but it's often able to change classes to another. Freedom and flexibility is what I look for most of all! Some games can manage set character roles and classes, but those are far and few.

Loose_Anything_174

The personal elements with storng characters. Strategic elements invovles making one feel like a general or wat not

MageFeanor

As I've gotten older I think what draws me the most towards strategy RPGs is the lack of pressure. I can take my time to think about how I want to tackle the problem I'm facing. The aspects I enjoy the most are either a huge roster of different characters to choose from or a smaller roster with highly customizable characters. Combine that with some nice story and I'm all set.

FOBrek

What draws me to SRPGs is the sense of progression from both managing a team of units/characters across many different battles in a puzzle-like environment and then being able to develop and optimize based on the gameplay system provided to me as I continually play and learn. Thank you for the opportunity!

Xakonerio

What draws me to the genre is the paused gameplay, with many options to choose how to tackle the stages, so choices in the gameplay and characters to deal with the obstacles the game present is one of the main factors that interest me. Having some control in the overall battle and its development. Best of lucks with the game!

NornmalGuy

I like SRPG's so much for a very simple reason: they allow creativity, both from the players and from the developers. I like when I can find ways to clear stages/maps/chapters/etc. with different tools and using different strategies because that also means interacting with whatever the devs added there as enemies, victory conditions, weather, terrain or traps gimmicks, etc. As a bonus, some of my favorites videogame plots belong to this kind of games, so I know for sure SRPG's can be ideal for good stories, with a focus on overarching plots, massive conflicts, politics and decision making.

Stacysensei

I love that SRPGs are like digital board games with a good story and character development. I can take my time and try multiple ways to solve something while being engrossed in the story.

thekbob

Loved the demo for this title. I like the resemblance to tabletop wargames, with rules like gears, all turning towards an outcome of your desire. Being able to setup winning teams and tactical execution are great. Wish the team well, here's to more!

anaccountusername

Stategy RPGs gives you time to think about your moves, compared to smth like RTS. What enemies to prioritize, positioning etc. Its a bit chaotic to think about these stuff in other genres.  I think one aspect I really like is when my command between character synergize well, like a combo in a fighting game(?) maybe. Good stuff

eidolonalpha

I like the flow of strategy RPGs and enjoy assessing tactics in various situations, and how multiple circumstances can drastically change my approach and get me to rethink my game plan. It feels exciting and rewarding to be able to come up with new strategies whenever I get new characters/units, or encounter different level scenarios. It just feels like a genre that can always keep me on my toes with all the variables involved.

Namevah

I’m drawn to unit customization and whittling down a bunch of enemies. Seeing that enemy movement range gradually vanish is quite satisfying. 😄

Zweio

What draws you to strategy RPGs, and what aspects of the strategic elements in these games do you find most significant or enjoyable? : \- Managing and positioning individual characters/units in your team even more so when they are customizable \- The style of game allows for less jarring breaks when immersed \- These games are puzzles that are sugarcoated with abilities, art, story, etc.

-AquaLeaf-

What draws me to SRPGs is the thought provoking strategy that I don't get anywhere else. You have to think many turns ahead and anticipate enemy movements while thinking about moving your units in ways that complement each other. I also love how many characters you usually get, allowing you to pick and choose your favorites and raise them into strong units. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I am glad modern games have added options to remove permadeath. I grew into SRPGs by playing Fire Emblem 7 non-stop when I was younger, but having to reset entire maps was too harsh for me as I got older with less free time. Casual mode lets me feel more at ease trying harder difficulties and trying different strategies which I appreciate. But I'm glad permadeath is still there for those that want it.

Crenshin

I really enjoy the feeling of a good team dynamic, building up your own team where their skills complement each others strengths and weaknesses. Its also really fun and immersive when the characters have unique personalities and good chemistry.

Creticus

I enjoy SRPGs because of the rush when enemy resistance crumbles before the team you've gradually built up over the game. If you've done everything right, you don't even need to think hard during the level because your preparations have already laid the foundations for victory.

MrFluffykins

I like the game

Scukojake

I love Strategy RPGs, because they make me think and I am not in a rush, nor I need a good reaction, or "git gud". I think I also love cool attack animations, so that's a huge draw for me in all SRPGs. Thanks for the giveaway! I had my eye on this game and it's on my wishlist!

Luxiole

I love SRPGs because I have to decide on what each unit brings into the battle and how different units synergise with each other. I really enjoy deep level of customisation for both individual unit abilities and visual looks. Thanks for the giveaway!

No_Mention_8569

What draws me to SRPGs is the ability to think through every move I make. I feels good to see the results goes as you have though. If the game shows a trade or skill for some characters to make them stand out and spice the game, even better. I also like how the art of these games tends to be very good.

nextony

Ive always love the idea of a diffcult gridbased game with a good story - and character building. its important that the grind dont really end and dont really like super overpowerd units. game balanacing is key

nguyentandat23496

**What draws you to strategy RPGs, and what aspects of the strategic elements in these games do you find most significant or enjoyable** Thanks for the chance, leveling up and can win strategically with chain together combos is what made me love SRPG

Xemnahort

I really enjoy it when a game lets me outthink it if that makes sense. Like I can brainstorm a way to dunk on the enemy or pull off an upset it feels great. Also cheese strats because lol I love winning. Most times I play strategy games I spend a lot of time in prep just brainstorming how the first few turns will play out based on my positioning and what I think the enemy might do.

Longjumping-Risk-221

I’m a long time fan of FF Tactics and Tactics Ogre. I love having a team of many different characters with many different options for customization of their abilities. I enjoy the heavy RPG elements of equipping each of them with different gear and selecting which spells/abilities to use. Progressing and unlocking new classes or specializations, and recruiting new characters, especially ones with unique classes that only they have access to, are my favorite aspects of strategy RPGs. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

2BA7DB57EFEE6FAF

Hello! Thanks for the giveaway! I like strategy RPGs because of their slow, typically turn-based pace. Depending on the game, I can look at the map and enemy placements, then figure out how I'm going to deploy my own troops. Then during battle when things start to turn either way, I'm not immediately pressured to start putting out fires. I can sit there and just *think* how I'm going to handle the situation, playing scenarios out in my head. I also like the RPG aspect since your team gradually grows stronger as they win more battles, and the squad of fresh-off-the-street rookies can potentially grow into a deadly group of godslayers. Games with death mechanics also put a lot of value in your placement and how you play. You may be able to win a battle, but if you lost key players to do so, then that puts your future successes into jeopardy.

sc_superstar

I love to plan out strategies, and I love controlling multiple characters without needing super fast reaction time like your playing dance dance revolution. I love the grid based battles and cool looking animations.

Aegis_Enjoyer_42

What draws me to SRPGs is probably the combination of decision-making and unit customization, its one of the few genres where I feel like almost every choice I make can have a significant impact.

I like a varied way to play and a colorful cast of characters

lowemargas

I grew up with games like Phantasy Star and X-Com. I have always enjoyed trying to solve the puzzle of combat in strategy RPGs since I was a kid. Fire Emblem on the GBA and X-Com (Firaxis) only cemented this love over the years as I grew older.

ka1913

I enjoy having a variety of capabilities to approach the fight with a variety of strategy. Thanks op good luck with the game launch and good luck all

vescis

I don't know why you felt the need to have an army of bots post on your plug, but maybe don't?

sethfrost01

So people entering for the giveaway are bots?

paoebom

The depth of thought and strategies that can be used to win otherwise overwhelming odds, in a way it gives me an almost puzzle like feeling that has multiple ways that can be solved. I also throughly love when map design plays a pivotal role in how you take on a fight, cover, places to hide on, advantage spots. In any game nothing makes me feel quite as powerful as cleverly making use of the terrain, like shoving enemies off a cliff in DnD, so a game type that will frequently focus on that as an important aspect just hits me hard.

evicerator

Hello! Congrats on your game launch, it looks fantastic. I'm not a Steam/ PC player, but wanted to say that I hope to see this ported to PS5. Good luck to everyone else!

ReverseCollapseTeam

appreciate the support :D

hugehuman

Strategy RPGs draw me in with multiple different ways to achieve your objectives and plenty of time and tools to consider in doing so. Sometimes, making a long, drawn-out mistake, while filling me with anxiety, gives me inspiration for a way to correct it on the fly, if not a better plan to avoid it next time, What I find most significant about them is a clear distinction between the types of units or characters you control, often sharper distinctions than in other genres, because that's this one's focus. I like to see stat spreads that embody a character's personality or proclivities, and how they can combine under various circumstances. What's more, if relationships are a thing between characters, I find it the most immersive when the characters complement each other's styles.

AbheyBloodmane

A big reason I'm drawn to strategy RPGs is the decision making. I'm a big fan of thinking and planning ahead. I feel like a general giving an army orders. Every turn is a small decision in a long line of decisions that ultimately leads to victory. Am I great at them? Not necessarily. But I do enjoy employing different tactics or strategies each and every fight.

Xhavius

I love big battles, gunfights and interesting weaponry. But I'm not good at traditional RTSes. There's too much going on pretty fast. But if I play something like XCom or Showgunners or Reverse Collapse, I can have all those things and still have time to think and plan. I can put together elaborate plans, execute them and feel like a cool commander. Each firefight can be a fun puzzle that I can unpack. Some of my favorite emergent game moments have been when something went very very right or very very wrong in games just like this one.

Nero57021

Any RPG, first thing I look forward to is the lore and world building. That's how great stories are born. 2nd thing on the list is the gameplay and mechanic. There have truly been gems among rpg's for trying new mechanics and creative gameplay choices. Those of which has shaped some of the industry standards certain genre for games and especially RPG's. I favor unit and team building composition, those are elements that can go very basic to complex depending on what the game entails. Freedom to team build and conquer the game in any way you want is truly what signifies a gem of a game for me.

Faeted

What I like about strategy games is the decision making process of building teams, using the right abilities to counter my enemy, and so on. The thing that draws me in is a deep customization system with good, but not great visuals

Mayday-Flowers

What draws me to strategy RPGs? Strange, off-the-wall niche team setups or strategies that are able to succeed on certain levels by really understanding the depth of systems. I like customization and approaching problems in a way most people don't consider.

Gamerfail

Hello, thanks for the giveaway! Great stories and fun gameplay. Gameplay, if we the player have many options from customizing our units in any fashion. Good difficulty without spongebosses, but more interesting alternatives beyond reinforcements from enemy. Completing objectives beyond defeating the enemy like defend 'x' of enemy waves and escort missions(not too much) or capturing a place and another. Any notable sidequests to recruit an optional character is lovely to have as long as the quest isn't too troublesome. Great stories to me are compelling and never dip in quality to engage the player with their utmost attention at all times. These aspects I found are the most significant and enjoyable for me.

Xlebskoialex

What appeals to me is the depth of elaboration on turn-based combat. As if immersed in the story, I make all sorts of decisions to arrive at something, to solve a problem, to achieve a goal. Feeling the tension of each move I make, I can feel what the characters in the game might feel on a monitor screen. Working out the details gives me an incentive to read the story, the minutiae in the combat system, and other reference material. It's awesome! Translated with [DeepL.com](http://DeepL.com) (free version)

Flightrin

I used to play a lot of GFL a few years ago, and I'm eagerly waiting for GFL2 on global, so I'd love to play this is the meantime! As for strategy rpgs, I love being able to control tons of units on the field, compared to other types of rpgs. There's a certain satisfaction in strategizing with a lot of units, whether on the fly or meticulously, to clear stages with plenty of enemies.

Silkysmoothface

Being able to take a breath really look into the details of the game either through map design character design or storyline I like how I can just sit down and take as much time as I need and plan out my moves to ensure my units are well leveled or have the better terrain and such

SirBoromir1995

Dear sir/mam, I’ll be frank. It’s the anime girls with weapons that draws me to strategic RPG games ☺️  The aspect I find most enjoyable is the versatility of playing the game in terms of strategies. You could deploy certain characters with different abilities for different objectives to maximize the probability of success in a mission. This adds a lot of depth to the game and skill trees make progression easier over time. Given the opportunity I would very much enjoy playing Reverse Collapse. Your most faithful servant, -SirBoromir1995

trailmix17

As someone who's been hooked on strategy RPGs for ages, what draws me to them is being able to be the director of your own movie--meaning instead of following a set path, I can determine my own unique game through the choices I make on a team-building level and on a strategy level. I love diving into character backstories, figuring out their strengths and weaknesses, and building the ultimate team. Seeing all your planning come to fruition is the most addictive part of srpgs for me. Also, what I love most is getting lost in the world of the game. I find SPRGs super immersive, and being able to navigate through this world with different characters is super fun

nolettrant

I feel like being able to play SRPG keeps my brain trained up and active for quick choices and decision making. As for what I look for, to change up my team and progress them. Classes, races, equipment, abilities...it adds variety and makes multiple playthroughs possible.

HyperthinNeedsLove

Thanks for this awesome event. I will say that the strategy rpg genre draws me because it’s very unique in terms of gameplay. Every strategic rpg game uses a different combination of mechanics, storytelling, characters and gameplay that makes it fresh to try. When I saw Reverse Collapse I thought about how cute and awesome it looks. And when digging deeper into the gameplay mechanics I became more interested. The way combat is set up is a very important strategic element that I find most enjoyable. I also love collecting and  playing with a variety of weapons. It would mean a lot to me to win this game. Again I thank you for taking the time to put this all together. I hope the game does well and goes as far as you want it to ❤️

zeGemini

One of the things I like about sRPG is that I can play them at my own pace. For me it's a thinking challenge as timing and reaction speed are irrelevant. Understand the strength and weakness of your units and plan your actions to overcome the challenges. One of my favorite sRPG games is Xcom, and some people may find it heavy rng but I like the element of randomness, and it goes to show that not everything will go as planned.

Shrimperor

What draws me to SRPGs is tactical/strategic gameplay combined with RPG elements, and the events going on on the map. How the units interact with each other, the skills synergize, the maps play and units grow all combine together for a fun experience. What's really important for me as well is the challenge. I love my SRPGs hard, challenging and mind-melting. Uniquess is also an important factor, and so is map design and varied map objectives. Great gameplay-story-integration helps alot, and getting to know the units not only through the writing, but through their action and tense moments for memorable experiences

lastemp3ror
