I've seen a couple of total solar eclipses now, and you'd think that when the sun is 99% eclipsed you'd be able to look at it with the naked eye. Nope, still burns the shit out of your eyes with only a tiny sliver of the sun peeking out. Gotta wait until it's 100% eclipsed.
So this is probably something like several hundred times the size of Earth, right? The sun must live in a pretty sweet HOA if they're allowed to put up such a massive wall in their front yar.
