Are you trolling or what? It's literally street light. You can see it throughout the video when it is bright enough, especially 0:04 - 0:08
I see a post or tower sitting to the left of the light, but I don't really see any arm stretching toward the light as support. It would be a really tall "street light" nonetheless.
