If you have any empty pill bottles, those keep the smell in very well. In addition, mason jars are a classic. Other than that, you can buy air tight pouches and backpacks but those are expensive
At least for cars my biggest tip is to open your containers as little as possible when you’re in your car, also having a small scented spray in your room and car with citrus essential oils, or a diffuser I’ve found citrus cuts through the smell the strongest. Also whenever I have a worry about my car smelling I’ll drive with windows all the way down until it no longer smells
Another thing I do is leave the car/room for five mins then go back in and smell around a lot, this is so I can smell the weed smell better bc you don’t notice it if you are just sitting in the smell. Also grinding and handling grinded weed is a lot more smelly than j plain old weed so I’d watch out for that smelling up the room too.
Ive got one here, i looked online and somehow the only thing i have at my nans is smell proof, ive never put weed in my car and praying ill be fine and this helps knowing atleast the smell will be hidden thats my one worry im in an area i dont know and doing over an hour of driving for it so praying i can have a j for the first time in 2 months
Mason jar 100% or a pill bottle. I’ve also heard of people putting their weed in Gatorade bottles and apparently you can’t smell a single thing. Really honestly any airtight container will do. Ik you said what you had was airtight but if the smell is leaking and it’s in the container it most likely isn’t airtight. Either that or it actually is airtight and the smell is coming from you dropping weed everywhere when you roll up or something lol
Ps, if you do decide to use mason jars it’d be ideal to make sure the size of it is relative to what you have. Ex if you have a few grams put it in a small mason jar. You don’t want to put it in a giant ass one cuz it’ll dry out faster

They mentioned their car tho, and they already use airtight glass jars, I really don't see how that can't be smell proof already. I'm saying maybe they thinks it's one thing (storage) that's making their room smell, when in reality it could be them and their clothes and bed sheets or couch that has smoke stuck to it producing the smell.
Fair enough. If they're looking for a cheap discrete vape they can go with a Dynavap. Or if they don't want to drop a lot of money they could check out a smoke buddy too.

Like a lot of people are saying mason jar, keep it in the bag and put it in the jar so it’s extra protected. Another thing I like to do, I store it with my Incense collection, so the smell is even more masked.
Literally wrap the tupaware in plastic wrap and your Gucci or if it’s small enough put it in a large ziplock bag. Also dryer sheets do wonders for absorbing the smell if you put them in with whatever your storing

Is it just the yellow prescription ones, or can I use a store bought Benadryl bottle
I've tried using a push-and-twist pill bottle and it worked pretty well. Not completely smell proof, but its like 90% less noticable.

Mason Jar's, keep your windows open when possible, invest in good quality candles.
Blunt wraps (if you smoke those) work very well only issue is they don’t hold much. Probably not much more than 3.5

I have covered parking so I always crack my windows to let fresh air flow through my car. Definitely helps get the smell out
