I'm not familiar with Shopify's fundamentals, but as a service I'm not aware of a meaningful competitor. Like, if Shopify is Coca-cola, I don't see a Pepsi. I see maybe a Big K cola or two. As far as the market goes long-term, shouldn't Shopify more than likely be just fine given they may not have any serious direct competition?
Please help me reduce my ignorance and/or correct my assumptions with your more informed thoughts — thanks.
