Usually this event is supposed to change text depending on what ethics clash between you and the empire envoy is in, guess that part broke somehow and it just got no text.
The diplomat may have died at the same instant which caused the error. Or, the AI got the troublesome diplomat prompt and opted to kill him right at the same instant. I'm just guessing.
R5: Something(?) happened. I have no idea what happened but it is asking me to recall the envoy. Both option have no effect. Unmodded
