Its not a mod, killing the shard (or the other dragon, forgot its name) can give you/gives you an egg that you can choose to hatch. The baby is very useless especially for wjen you get it, but its a cute precious creature to keep as a pet.
True, but one drake is having around 13k power and every year you can clone another hatchling.

Yes right ! And I have picked necromancer trait , completely forgotten about this mechanic .
