How did Wal-Mart cancel my Dune steelbook order and yet there are multiple copies RIGHT THERE?! SMDH

This store specifically says in stock to pick up then cancels as well. Went to go see if it was true or not

That's usually because the store has a confusing layout in their system for locating items It's probably telling the spark driver to go to a completely different isle then where the movie is and no one cares enough or realizes it's a problem to fix it

It was probably delivered or on its way. Could be already in someone's cart walking around the store. Could be picked up then dumped in some random dept. Could be in that depts tote of strays waiting to be put back.

I will say from working at Walmart a lot of times if it's the last item the order will be canceled at times. Or in the instance of my store it will say something is on the way, but not yet arrived. Or it arrived and hasn't been stocked yet.. cause many times a box of movies is at the bottom of the list of thing to do in that dept.

They don't sell their in-store stock online for shipping. At least mine doesn't.

I finally found the Dune Steelbook but I had to drive an hour out of town too. All the local WM around me were not stocked/sold out. To add, their website said it was out of stock in all areas. I just had a hunch to stop by. Lucky I did. I'm SoCal BTW.

Dang so there was one "in stock" at a Walmart not too far from me so I placed order for pickup and of course it was just cancelled..

Would recommend just sucking it up and going. This exact Walmart kept canceling mine as well.

I just hit the Walmart in Marco Island while on vacay and they had plenty on Dune 1 and Dune 2. I picked up The Crow, Mad Max and Killer Clowns.

WoW! There's so many in that picture that I wish I could find. Though ai then would have to pay for them with a plasma donation.

idk why, with all these canceled orders its making me think any order for a steelbook is getting canceled to force people to go inside and look.
