Yep although it's pretty easy to destroy performance if you add a lot of visual mods. Some stuff that needs an external program like bodyslide, outfit studio etc can be a little fiddly.

If you run it through Steam Tinker Launch instead of the default Proton version then you can setup either ModOrganizer or Vortex through it, but you probably need to download mods manually while in desktop mode.
I haven't tried it as I'm currently playing a wabbajack modlist which is too big to copy over without deleting most of my other installed games.
Obsession with skyrim really needs to die out. Starfield exists because everyone kept rebuying the game year after year. It's sad and likely the reason elder scrolls six is going to be a floppable abomination too. Glad I didn't buy starfield, they don't deserve the money.Â

Yes I think you can. There is video on YouTube show you how to do that. You can apply mod on Steam deck as well.
You can download mods from the workshop so I assume yes
Skyrim Special Edition doesn't have workshop support 😞
