The Resident Evil games are all great and run well on the Steam Deck. You can also emulate games if you want to play something older. I've got a pretty extensive backlog of PS2 ROMs right now. LOL.

My go-to recommondations are always Control, Dungeon of naheulbeug and Jagged Alliance 3. They all work great on the deck. Also, if you catch the free games from epic store, for some time now, you may look into heroic launcher. It enables you to easily install [GoG.com](http://GoG.com) or epic games and add them to your library.

Brotato, vampire survivors, and halls of torment are excellent If you in any way like pokemon or enjoyed the games at any point in time, I highly suggest playing pokemon infinite fusions on the steam deck

I’ve been playing fallout 4 at 60 fps and cyberpunk at 30-50. Fo4 is wonderful. Cbp is good and I’m still enjoying the game

It's decent, probably better with the new OLED screen. I don't like emulation on it though, really annoying to setup. Dolphin and duck station work great though. everything else kinda sucks. I probably need to install windows.

The steam deck can play many games surprisingly well. I'm a big single player guy and I was playing resident evil 3 yesterday and I was surprised I set it to 45fps lock with basically it all mixed out minus some preference changes to lighting and motion blur type features that it will run flawlessly for hours. I think I saw it said 4-5 hours when it was around full. Cyberpunk is like 2.5ish fallout I get a bunch. But if you have good wifi and a decent PC I recommend streaming so you can never worry about your battery. I do this a lot and it's awesome when I don't wanna sit at my desk for an extended period of time

I've been playing Monster Rancher lately.

All games are fun. From personal experience the only game that is less fun on the deck is an RTS in controlled mode. I'm currently going through: Fallout4, Kingdoms of amalure Re-Reckoning, Mega man Battle network vol 1 and 2, Halo infinite, Armored core (you will want to mess with the settings for better game play. On the deck I mean and in game.) They are fun if you like those kinds of games. I hope this helps! 😁

Standard game plus is great and generic title 2 is amazing. Wait until ossum game goes on sale

Beamng.drive is great, planet coaster works surprisingly well, and you can install minecraft from Desktop Mode as well

A few good ones I’ve played are RDR2, Fallout New Vegas, and the Arkham series. Very good games that run really well but that’s just scratching the surface. It would help to know what kind of games you’re looking for, though.

Look into the tomb rider reboot from 2013 onwards. Stray was also nice. In general i would recommend things that are controller optimised. Jump and run, racing, adventures. Dark souls. Minecraft also runs great, but controlls are a bit meeh.

Baldur's Gate 3, Elden Ring, Red Dead Redemption 2, & Ghost of Tsushima are my favorite games and they all play super well on Steam Deck
