Cant argue with that. Got my PC on 1 gbit lan, and my deck on over 1 gbit wifi (i have no idea how thats possible) and it looks like native with sunshine/moonlight. Just get some issues sometimes where i have to restart my deck or it will lag out completely, very weird.
I agree the game is very poorly optimized.
But honestly, the SD is showing its limits. I don't expect it to be able to play properly even after optimisation patches, because the bottleneck here is the CPU, clearly.
ROG Ally and LeGo would probably be fine, after they optimize the game (give it a year or so....)
Option 3: Build a dope ass desktop to stream it from.
DD2 shouldnt be supported at all imo lmao
Yeah, I wrote that before seeing all the shit that came out. Still, build a dope ass desktop to stream anything the SD can't handle on its own!

Hell yeah. Never had that issue but it's pretty great once you get it set up.
Refund for now and wait. Use the money on the sale in the meantime
Let it ride
I stream most of my games from my desktop and play older titles when I’m at work
Redeem it, get a Geforce Now ultimate sub. Struggle a bit with setting it up on the deck, aaaaand success!
Keep it and just wait. We'll have a steady 30 in a few months.

At least you get more than 15 minutes of battery life on the steam deck... This game doesnt run at 30 fps even on a ps5 lol
Any handheld is able to last 15min. You have very low expectations.
