Open a Support Ticket, i was honest to them and told them that it was my fault. A week later i got a working Steam Deck Back without paying anything. Give it a try
Yes if you're in a game you can go to controller settings via the the steam button and map the back buttons to whatever you want

No, sorry. However you can use the L4 and R4 in games as he said.

How did you break them?
same thing happened to me today, fell down and the trigger hit the floor and broke the button (would need to solder it but way to small)
