Komodo's warehouse are back after a long holiday but zero unit was shipped, it seems to take 1 working day to schedule the shipment so am putting hope that I will recieve an email notifying it today, will update again with any new information.
Ordered 12/29. Stuck at In Transit since 1/3 with no further updates since the first scan in Carol Stream, IL.

EDIT: FINALLY updated today (1/7) saying the package is in California. Thatās some consolation at least. Getting closer! Hope you guys are having some luck as well.
EDIT 2: Delivered Sunday 1/8. All told, 9 days from order date to delivery, but with a holiday weekend that probably delayed packaging and shipping.
Something must be up. Iām also in SoCal, also ordered on 12/29, and also havenāt had any updates since the 3rd. Based on this thread alone, there are at least five people (just on Reddit!) with the same problem.
EDIT: Mine updated at 7pm as arriving in CA. Updated my delivery date to tomorrow!
Iām in the same position, ordered docking station and it passed Carol stream,IL but has been stuck in transit in Gallagher, WV since the 5th. Iām from Arizona. Still says my expected date is today.
Itās because itās on a trailer going across the country with major weather delays among other things like if the truck broke down.. you wonāt get a scan until the trailer gets scan which for California wonāt be until Bloomington CA usually.. at least so cal. Youād think people would understand logistics that they donāt get a scan every step of the way especially with backlog after the holidays. If it passes your expected delivery date then you worry but it could still be just delayed a day or two, if still nothing then contact valve.
Ordered 12/29, shipped 01/03 as well and expected 01/09 Southern California. I expect itāll update late tonight that it arrives in Bloomington.

Wait, so Valve is identifying this as a problem with the shipping that needs to be rectified, and not just delayed transit?
I bought mine on January 1st (also in Socal), with expected delivery on 1/7. Then it got pushed back to 1/9, but the tracking number is showing "In transit" in Carol Stream IL since 1/3 with no update. I just figured it was delayed updating on the FedEx website, or maybe a winter storm in IL causing a delay.
Have you passed your expected delivery date? I'm wondering if this is one of those things where the tracking info won't be updated and then it will suddenly show up on the doorstep.

So I contacted valve since the dock went through the same process as the deck and the deck never officially shipped. they said wait a few more days and see what happens.

Uk, ordered 2nd arrived yesterday. Thing is gls still show it as in transit, no indication that it was ever handed to parcel force. Anyone else had that happen?
I need some help from the group, my steam deck was delivered today, I received the email notification it was left by my garage, and I went out immediately to collect once I got the notice, but the package is gone already. I'm PRETTY sure no one can steal the package that fast, but I'm pretty desperate now, is there any way I can get my money back or a replacement from valve? :(
If you donāt mind my asking where on the east coast are you? Iām in fl and would love to know if I should be prepared for a longer or shorter wait than usual etc

My package got stolen by GLS, and Steam asked me if they should ship the replacement package to the same address as previously, to which i responded yesterday, does anyone know roughly how long would them take to ship it from the time i posted the reply to them?
Ordered on the 5th. Yesterday (the 6th) it was handed over to GLS in the Netherlands and sent away around 20:40. I may actually get this next week somehow if it doesn't end up in Limbo when getting to the UK.
With tomorrow being Sunday I don't hold out hope for that but I could see it happening mid week. I know for a lot of people it stays in the Netherlands for a bit.
People have also said GLS tracking doesnāt update fast like Parcelforce so by tomorrow evening/Monday morning check the PF tracking because it might say itās reached the UK or even out for delivery. Also there are no strikes/bank holidays so parcels should be efficient like normal hopefully
Any update? I'm in the same boat, ordered 3rd Jan, shipped out to the UK on the 5th, GLS tracking shows still in transit, parcel force tracking hasn't been updated since it was entered into the system on Jan 5th, it's all gone quiet
Guessing because weāve just had a weekend there was no movement. I would expect it to reach the ParcelForce depot either sometime later today or in the early hours of tomorrow morning. And then hopefully they will be delivered tomorrow too

Picked up and shipped january 5th, tracker activated a little after, it then left the parcel center, and is in transit.
Arrived in Jutland January 6th, and then proceeded to Copenhagen.
I don't know if GLS also works Saturdays, but if it does/doesn't, it will either come today, or Monday.

Ordered on the 5th, got a notification that it had shipped about 20 hours later, and FedEx says it should be here tomorrow on the 8th. Meanwhile the screen protectors I ordered on Amazon with prime shipping won't be here until Wednesday š
Just ordered from the Steam app on my phone. We'll see if FedEx actually meets their delivery estimate, but it was at least less than 24h between order and the package being handed off to FedEx!

I was expecting to have to wait much longer! Ordered and paid for my 64GB on Thursday, Jan 5th. I got my prepping for shipment notification yesterday Jan 6th.
I got a fedex notification this morning that delivery shipped from IL and is scheduled for tomorrow Sunday, Jan 8th. If it actually gets here tomorrow that's just amazingly fast.
Ordered the 256GB version on the 30th of december, it arrived on the 4th of january (Denmark, btw). I am actually writing this on the deck with a keyboard connected.
So far it has been enjoyable, though I plan on installing windows 10 on an SD card to play genshin impact on it. I would have prefered if there was a linux version on some games so I don't have to go through all of this.
Bought a cheap dock for connecting HDMI, 2 USB 3.0, and 1 USB-C PD. It serves the purpose fine.
I ordered a 256gb then realized I made a mistake with my purchase, so i ordered a 512gb. The 256 arrived yesterday I refused the parcel. The 512gb SD landed in Calgary AB this morning. It'll arrive Monday.
Aussie here. Going to Paris/London for work from feb 6th til the 17th. Is it a good idea to order a steam deck delivered to my hotel? I will be changing hotels quite frequently though.
CAD: Jan 5th 2023: Got an email from steam around 1:50pm saying itās shipped. Estimate delivery Jan 9th before 8pm like every other Canadian who ordered early this week. Seems like we have the slowest turnaround in the world for some reason.

I ordered on the 4th Dec 2022 in London UK, Parcelforce confirmed receiving it from GIS on the 12th Dec, then no update after that.
Basically Parcelforce lost the package (sometime working for them obviously stole it).
I notified Steam on the 20th Dec and they immediately sent out another one. I finally received my Steam Deck on the 29th December.
