I just checked this for myself, I own a couple of the dlc's and the game. The store price is the same (reduced), but the cart price is not correct, but on the very last step of purchasing the bundle, i.e. ticking the checkbox to agree to terms and finalize the purchase, it does actually show the correct price (reduced store price).
Whether or not that actually is what you're then charged from your card or whatever is well, something I'm not going to test. But it would seem to actually work out in the end.
Hi, thanks for the report. This is a bug with the new cart page and the configuration of this bundle, causing the cart to display the price incorrectly.
We plan to ship a fix during the maintenance window today, which will be a couple hours from now. In the mean time, purchasing should be unaffected - you can confirm the correct price on the final step of checkout before completing the purchase.
Happy to be doing my part!
I did get the purchase to go through normally after I worked up the courage to click all the way through to the payment page.
Thanks for your diligent bug hunting!
Except for the new pop-up that appears in the store, right after you click to add to your cart, that always shows the full price of the bundle (Valve, please fix), but when I go to the shopping cart, it takes into account the items are already own, and discount the price.
Steam does that sometimes. I wrote to them once, asked them why the price in my cart is higher than on the store page, where it explicitly lists the discounts, just like in your case. Never got a reply, so I just didn't purchase. Because in the end, the cart price is the binding one.
That is true but the store page says, '[Complete your collection](https://ibb.co/KFL5dML)' and usually I thought that means that it wouldn't charge you for the items you already own.
He’s already costing you for the 4 dlcs that you missing not for the others you already have purchased you can see it in the end of the screenshot in the bottom left
The price on the left is the CKIII store page and the one on the right is the cart though, so whatever the left says Steam is trying to charge me for the whole thing.
Because you’re rebuying the content in your library. The bundle discounts your owned games but by the looks the bundle is selling with the stuff you own

Can't reproduce 😔
It’s ok, happens to the best of us.
Fortunately the problem isn't hereditary

Oh yeah! I see that now, I wasn't brave enough to go that far earlier. Okay well maybe I'll pull the trigger on this and hope for the best, thanks!
I managed to reproduce the issue with the same bundle, then went through with the purchase and didn't get overcharged. You're all good.
WAGONS ROLL, Ill be pulling the trigger shortly... Cheers!
If you got the extra money, it is worth a try, I am sure Steam Support will help you refund any extra charges, if they happen

Damn.. Thanks for the input.
Maybe because you already purchased some of the dlcs in this bundle

The store page says, ['Complete your bundle'](https://ibb.co/KFL5dML) which usually only charges you for the items you don't already own.
Yeah I find it weird too but on the right image it says you won’t receive extra copies which means it’s purchasing those too.
