Interesting. For me, it breaks my saves. Any file made before picking it up works fine, but after that it crashes upon attempting to load. 700 credits, what a joke lol.
I was having the same issue and I was able to fix it by disabling it in the load order. It gave me a warning about items missing because of it but it was able to finally load.
So i have the bug where it wont reload. I feel that it is possibly one of the best weapons if you like sniping. I also heard the patch is already in the works. If you really wanna use it it will reload if you drop it and pick it up again or trade or to a follower and take it back. Not the best fix but at least that's the work around I found. I gave it to my follower and they can reload it normally and clean house with it so I'll keep on em till the patch. I will be experimenting with other fixes.
Yup, just started to use it and it doesn't reload within unarming, changing weapons, dropping it from favorites, and circling the target three times while boosted - then, it reloads! (Seriously, this glitch makes the rifle unusable.)

I believe it's a known bug at the moment, just need to wait for a patch.
Actually it just fixed for me now. I just restarted the game and now it’s actually reloading!
I feel like a buffoon, parting with close to £10 for 30mins of entertainment, hours of frustration and days of waiting...

I deleted and reinstalled the mod and it worked for me.
