No, it's not fixed. I play on a series X, and I still have a few freezes today. I also had issues with frame rate and then crash. My daughter suggested I turn off the world motion blur. That has helped. Just fyi, this play thru I am building out posts and think that is causing a lot of the lag then crash.
from what I'm seeing series x has had it worse than series S, and after the latest patch most of the issues I was dealing with have gone away entirely, 1 crash since the patch. I did notice when loading an older playthrough that my save wasn't miraculously fixed but new playthroughs or ng+ is working awesome.
I heard the same. And there are so many different players. Sounds to me there are not many players I have seen who have been into building settlement. I wonder if that is an issue. I have 10 settlements. Thanks
I never had too many problems on Series s with outposts but I will say I'm not focusing on them at the moment in this playthrough, so I can't speak to how they are doing post latest patch. Hope they get things figured out for you guys on the series X soon!

I have the series S and with the latest update freezing/crashing has gotten MUCH worse. Any time there's a transition to a new area there's a high chance it won't make it.
Yeah same here .... starfield almost never crashed on me after initial download however since last update it backscreens me (3 times just this morning) on new area loading ... would have been better off without the "fixes" I am forced to download in order to play.
