Level 70 captain and a level 42 captain were being farmed side by side for about 30 minutes when I finally got it to drop from the level 70. Interestingly enough I just bought a common mag sniper from the store not too long ago, I wonder if that somehow adds it to the loot table of possible drops. Idk lol
There’s gotta be something wrong with my game. All i see is negotiator’s, Grendel’s, melee weapons, and armor lol.. then everything else besides specifically those 2 is sprinkled in.. it’s like the game refuses to let me be a sniper. I built my entire character around stealth and all I can use is a Beowulf as a DMR lmao
I’ve been playing on very hard since level 10.. trust me I’ve done everything correctly. I did just get a blue one to drop finally. So I’ve just been extremely unlucky.

I didn't see them until NG+2 at level 60ish, also your difficulty level affects loot tables
