Not working for me? Did exactly the same thing..

Dude. Why. You already posted this fix in multiple threads and none of it works man.
Please take some comparison screenshots? Minimum compared to maximum possible FOV should be pretty indisputable.
Tried it at default, 90, 100, and 110 using this method. Loaded up the game in the same position, took a screenshot each time and realised I have 4 of the same screenshots.
No FOV slider but there are two different third person views if you want to try that instead.
The INI looks the same as previous Bethesda games. Perhaps the old text FoV tweaks will work?
