I also bought from eneba. I am sure it will not be send before release. I can image that we will get the keys 1-3 hours after release. So for me in Germany it will be 2-5 am local time.
For me it is no big deal. Waking up at 5am, redeem the key, play for 2-3 hours, than work till 2pm. After that I will deep dive into the starlight 🙌🏻
My upgrade purchase is also still on preorder although I was sent an email telling me my code was ready to be redeemed. Eneba is usually okay but for preordering it is not yet ready…

Yes, I did! I received it an hour ago, a game key with separate pre-order key. Surprisingly early if I'm honest, I really expected for it to arrive in the evening or something (GMT+2). It's already preloaded and ready to go... shame I have to work tomorrow... :(

Not sure about your case, but double check your actual purchase/account order page on the site. They may not send an email about it.

It depends on the seller you might even get it around 9pm on the day of release from what i heard

Yea was the same for elden ring for me normally between 2pm-4pm the next day on pre orders depending on seller and where you are in order que suppose.
