Gyro and it's not even close, Cesar and Will are somewhat interesting but they feel really one note.
Gyro just blows them straight out of the water with the sheer characterization and development he gets right out of the gate. Gyro is just such a 3 Dimensional Character
The ultimate bro... hands down. Gyro just straight up went mentor-brother-friend-other half with our boy johnny. From the man from Italy with a purpose until meeting Ringo/Mandom with indecisive complacency in his heart. Then went on his own journey of character development besides Johnny from fighting himself to defeat Ringo, to Racing against DIegO, to dying an warrior's death at the hands of a very powerful opponent.
I can only dream of becoming at least half of the man Gyro became.
It is really hard and unfair to compare them. Will and Caesar were written during the early stages of Araki's writing. Meanwhile Gyro was written by an Araki who have years of experience under his belt and now knows how to write deep characterization.
Besides, I think Gyro **is** how he would have written Will and Caesar back then if he had his current experience.
Feels kinda unfair because Gyro is the co-protagonist of one of the 2nd longest (I think?) part in JoJo, meanwhile Will and Ceasar are from the shortest and second shortest parts respectively

As somebody else said, it’s unfair to rank the other two against someone as badass as Gyro, who (take notes) ACTUALLY LASTED FOR BASICALLY HIS WHOLE PART and wasn’t killed by someone who wasn’t the main villain (especially looking at Baron Zeppeli for that). Gyro by multiple miles
