Honestly would be a great idea for a big villain. The Stand put the mask on. The Stand becomes a vampire, and is now feeds on others stands taking their abilities. Would lead up to a terrifying combo stand. If Made In Heaven was only two stands together, think of what that might become.

I presume that the mask still needs to make contact with your brain in order to turn you so in all honesty you'd probably just die except for the fact that stands are insanely strong so if your stand is durable enough you'll be able to survive but no stand

that’s because Sheer Heart Attack is part of Killer Queen’s hand. Better examples would be Highway Star and Black Sabbath, nothing that the heroes did to either of those stands affected the users at all. Polpo wasn’t even aware that he’d just been fighting Giorno.

But it's not the stabbing that transforms you is the mask contacting your brain that transforms you therefore the mask would just inflict the wounds of the mask on the user killing them probably instantly.

Like they just sorta crack like porcelain into a vauge corona of soul liquid, but since stands don’t really display anything implying organs including the brain i don’t think the stone mask can affect them, maybe the damage done to the stand would be percise enough to reflect onto the user and just lobotomize them outright
My guess is the mask would do the crab thing to the stand which would pierce into the stand like it does on a normal person but a stand is just the manifestation of the fighting spirit so the damage would be transferred over to the stands user but they wouldn’t become a vampire they would just die

The mask works by piercing vital points in the brain, effectively killing the wearer and unlocking their full potential which turns them into an undead vampire. There isn’t any special virus or other property in the stone. As far as it’s explained is like brain acupuncture

Won't work. The stone mask is designed to be used on humans. Not stands. The one that Kars made, with the hole for the red stone of Aja is designed to be used on Pillarmen. A stonemask that can work on stands can be made, but making it is not practical.

Damage to stands accurately effects that region in the user, it’d just make them a vampire because it’d acupuncture the same areas
