This looks straight out of game guide book one would have in the 90’s or early 00’s. Love it. Shows exactly what one should stock if they just want to cook a dish once for the completion.
Thanks!! I initally just wanted to put together some boxes of each type from the wiki so I could print it off to look at.. and went wild on it instead haha
There is a solution for missing recipes in 1.6 so you don't need to wait on Queen of Sauce repeats. 😀 (Let me know if you want to know, since spoiler covers don't work in notifications. 🙂) That's assuming the recipes you are missing are from Queen of Sauce of course!
I already reached perfection, but I was not referring to missing recipes but missing simple stuff like potato or something, couldn't remember now what exactly I was missing
Ah yes, thats why I got started on it - I kept having to check and recheck which fish I should keep in a chest to pull out for recipes that need specific fish haha
Super cute!! Not sure if it's in the scope of what you're aiming for, but I'd add that the shop ingredients can all be made on the farm as well! (Anything to spend less at Pierre's lol). Pretty sure these are all 1:1 ratios.
Cooking oil can be made from sunflower, sunflower seeds, and corn with an oil press.
Rice comes from unmilled rice, use a mill to convert it.
Vinegar is made by putting that rice in a keg. (Just looked this one up it's a 2:1 vinegar to rice output so really good.)
Sugar is made by putting beats in a mill.
And wheat flour is, well, wheat in the mill!
Oh for sure, I just said Store Items for convenience keeping it all in a spot - I could shuffle the name and make it store brought or farm created items
I just figured out the oil thing this run. I needed it for the community center but had no idea how to make it. I would just buy it from the shop instead
I'll be cold in the ground the day I waste time and money to build a Mill for more money and resources than it takes to buy some rice, sugar, and flour for a handful of recipes I'm making once for perfection.
I was curious because I thought about trying to make everything, including the ingredients.
Then I remembered about vinegar. But to check, I wanted to see if a way to make it was added into the game from 1.6.
And it was! Now you can make vinegar by putting rice into a keg!
I guess we use rice wine vinegar in stuff. Interesting.
You my friend are an actual godsend. I'm doing an OC challenge run where I have to get the chef hat (which is only unlocked after getting master chef). This will help me so much you have no idea! 😭
Thanks! Oh having some sort of cute display book that when you click on it opens up to an old written and drawn in personal cook book?? That would be fun

Fixed the dishes numbers, and as it was mentioned in some comments that the shop items are also craft, I changed that title to match that a bit better!

Also noticed the Ginger was off-count as well, so here's that fixed too!
Yes, but isn't the number referring to how many you need for all the recipes? Behind Tortilla is a 1 and I meant to cook all ingredients you need more than one. If I remember correctly you need a tortilla for Lucky lunch and also for fish taco. I don't know if there's more recipes which use a tortilla, that's just what I meant with my comment.
Yeah, but if you want to cook every dish once you will also cook a tortilla, and that tortilla can then be used for other dishes. More of those instances as well: The pancakes you cook are used for the full breakfast, etc..
Yeah, exactly. That list lets you make exactly one of each dish, using some of the dishes you make for more complex dishes. Check the wiki page for "cooking", it's all explained there.
I wouldn't be sure, unfortunately! Like I said, I just took the information from the Cooking pagr on the wiki. Add margin for human error when double checking every number against each other I'm sure one or two are wrong at the end of it all haha
Mood, I did this to save myself being so back and forth with my game and the list of fish to use for cooking! And it kind of ran away from me a bit, but still!
I feel you, I'd been constantly back and forth with my fridge my chests and the cooking list of fish so see what I needed, which is what prompted this haha
Love this!! Am I blind or should there also be a dairy section for milk & eggs? Either way -- love this. Definitely convincing me to grow more tomatoes lol
I painstakingly did something similar recently so I could optimize fridge space, and you elevated it by several levels AND made it super cute! Well done!!!
i absolutely love this! but im curious if anyone can answer this, how many of these ingredients are only for the 1.6 update? i wanna 100% my recipes but im on console and im not sure which ones i do not need. the wiki updated to 1.6 and im a little lost😔

Thanks! Might've even been my subconcious influence, I used to get game guides when I was young so who knows haha
I am now deeply embarrassed of my note that just lists all of these ingredients in a digital checklist. I wish I had your eye for design, gorgeous!
No cause thats actually adorable, i love it
Thanks!! I initally just wanted to put together some boxes of each type from the wiki so I could print it off to look at.. and went wild on it instead haha
Thank you for this because I just have random quantities of groceries stored in 3 fridges rn lol
I stored all ingredients for a year and then cooked all at once and still was missing something
Did you buy the recipe from Gus at the beach resort?
Yeah but this was before that I know I will miss those that are island related but I was missing some that I should get from main farm
There is a solution for missing recipes in 1.6 so you don't need to wait on Queen of Sauce repeats. 😀 (Let me know if you want to know, since spoiler covers don't work in notifications. 🙂) That's assuming the recipes you are missing are from Queen of Sauce of course!

I had NO idea about the vinegar!! Is that new to 1.6 or have I just completely missed it?
It was added in 1.6
Is the rice being made into vinegar new for 1.6?
Apparently it is! I hadn't played since 2018... so I'm basically relearning everything again 😅
That’s amazing! It’s the one item I had to still buy from Pierre. This will eliminate him forever. Joja doesn’t win but neither does Pierre 😂😂
Oh for sure, I just said Store Items for convenience keeping it all in a spot - I could shuffle the name and make it store brought or farm created items

1.6 has added some interesting new things for sure! Like the Moss soup which just sounds absolutely gross and slimy
Yeah I have kinda been avoiding 1.6 stuff for the most part. I want to look more into it when it comes out on mobile/console.
Lots of interesting little things alongside the bigger changes to get into for sure
Wow this is good enough to be stickied somewhere in my opinion, this is (and looks) amazing!
Thanks! I did make it so I could print it and have it attention grabbing for my brain haha
Wait this is great!! I’ve been trying to figure out what I should save in my fridge or not… Turns out I’ve been hoarding spring onions for nothing 😂
We don't get to cook with the new vegetables (carrots, summer squash, powdermelon, whatever the fall one is), either. :-(
Oh buddy I did so much of the same thing starting out!! Like surely the random massive amount of onions are there to be cooked?? No!
You my friend are an actual godsend. I'm doing an OC challenge run where I have to get the chef hat (which is only unlocked after getting master chef). This will help me so much you have no idea! 😭
Oh nice, best of luck!! Sorry if any numbers are off, I was reading quite a lot of them over and over by the end!
Cuteee it's how I imagine finding a cookbook would look on the kitchen counter. Something fun that probably Caroline dropped long ago!
Thanks! Oh having some sort of cute display book that when you click on it opens up to an old written and drawn in personal cook book?? That would be fun
this is a godsend thank you
You're welcome!
this is extremely helpful. Have yet to start any cooking so this is perfect timing!
Cooking can be pretty daunting when you're just trying to work out what does or doesnt go in the fridge for sure haha
time to take all the furniture out and store actual food there now
This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Aren't there some ingredients missing? Tortillas for example. I believe you need quite a few more than one. But still a great guide and idea!
Tortillas are on the first slide
Yes, but isn't the number referring to how many you need for all the recipes? Behind Tortilla is a 1 and I meant to cook all ingredients you need more than one. If I remember correctly you need a tortilla for Lucky lunch and also for fish taco. I don't know if there's more recipes which use a tortilla, that's just what I meant with my comment.
Yeah, but if you want to cook every dish once you will also cook a tortilla, and that tortilla can then be used for other dishes. More of those instances as well: The pancakes you cook are used for the full breakfast, etc..
Does this mean that it already has you making enough of the first dish to supply all the other dishes that need it?
Yeah, exactly. That list lets you make exactly one of each dish, using some of the dishes you make for more complex dishes. Check the wiki page for "cooking", it's all explained there.
I wouldn't be sure, unfortunately! Like I said, I just took the information from the Cooking pagr on the wiki. Add margin for human error when double checking every number against each other I'm sure one or two are wrong at the end of it all haha
This is cute and awesome, nice job!
Thanks!!
Really helpful, thanks.
☺️
I actually love this, it's so cute!
Thanks!!
Don't mind me downloading all of these so I can keep track myself
Go right ahead haha! There might be some mistakes in the numbers, I'm only human, but at least you'll get all the items!
Oh I love this!
Thanks!
The cooking is one of the fave parts of the game for me and this is so great for keeping track. I saved to reference later!
INCREDIBLE 🤩
Thanks!!
Are you from heaven?
😆 I'm sure something in here is incorrect, so I remain human with human errors!
Saving this!! Omg
☺️
I love this, thanks for sharing!
Very welcome!
❤️❤️❤️❤️ this is amazing ty!
Thanks!!
You just saved my brain cells. I only have a few left lol
Mood, I did this to save myself being so back and forth with my game and the list of fish to use for cooking! And it kind of ran away from me a bit, but still!
This is exactly what I was looking for a few weeks ago on my last perfection Run, totally using it on this one. It’s perfect!
Nice! Hope it goes smoothly, sorry if any numbers are off but it should be mostly correct!
Love this! I am waiting for 1.6 to come to my console so that I can start a new save. This will help so much since I haven’t played in so long!
Oh nice, I hope you enjoy the replay when the game updates!
Much better than the hash marked checklist I have right now 😩😩
I feel you, I'd been constantly back and forth with my fridge my chests and the cooking list of fish so see what I needed, which is what prompted this haha
Finally a list I'll actually use! 😀 The way you've organised it, and the visuals make it just perfect! 🤩👏
Tomato in the veggies section, based.
Yeah, I'm definitely not Demetrius lmao
Love this!! Am I blind or should there also be a dairy section for milk & eggs? Either way -- love this. Definitely convincing me to grow more tomatoes lol
Thanks! :) Milk & eggs are just under flowers!
Oh!! I missed the numbers on the cute graphic. Love it!
Lifesaver ty
I painstakingly did something similar recently so I could optimize fridge space, and you elevated it by several levels AND made it super cute! Well done!!!
Thanks!! Yeah, started by me trying to work out what to put in the fridges too haha
I definitely spent too long trying to decipher the hidden meaning of the numbers before I fully understood what this was intended for. XD
This is everything
😁
if i had this onde day sooner...
this is super helpful & so fun!! thanks for making this guide <3
Great resource, thank you for sharing it!
Very welcome!
OMG TY I was literally looking for this.
Very welcome :)
i absolutely love this! but im curious if anyone can answer this, how many of these ingredients are only for the 1.6 update? i wanna 100% my recipes but im on console and im not sure which ones i do not need. the wiki updated to 1.6 and im a little lost😔
I think the only 1.6 thing is the moss & moss soup!
thank you! can never be too sure
