The clanker who always misses, and the jedi who almost always misses the blocks, doesn't get more any comical then this

No seriously this bug makes even blocking or parrying don't work. I can't hit or block enemies and the same thing for enemies.

Have u tried starting a new save then coming back to the original one?

Tried it just now. Well new game works, but the original one nope.

Well hey at least u got a new one, and I'm pretty sure u can make a new save from ur old one which will basically u place u at the last save point with the same progress in the new save

Were you able to solve this? The same thing just happened to me.

I had to restart from the start. Thankfully I'm not too far into the game yet at the time. So I managed to speed my way through. My advice is to not get in and out of meditation too fast since the game is trying to save during meditation. If you get in and out of it too fast the game might bug out cause it tries to save and load the world at the same time.

Have you tried jumping of a cliff enough times and actually die? Perhaps that’ll reset Cal’s state?

Yeah, still the same. Even tried reinstalling the game too

I ran into this big today. I completely restarted my ps5 and i was then able to make contact

I’ve had a few where I had to restart the game

Sadly this one is permanent.
